Brady and Dirt Herders have been doing the windows on my home for almost year now through their quarterly service. This past time they cleaned both interior and exterior of all windows and I have to sing their praises. They take exceptional pride in their work and have an attention to detail that is hard to find in any line of work. My windows look great and he even cleared up some developing corrosion on my metal window frames. He and Sam did an amazing job and I highly recommend their services. My wife who does not usually say such things commented “whatever you paid them it was worth it for all the work they did”. Thank you Brady and Dirt Herders!

These guys did a wonderful job cleaning my home. They power washed my driveway, cleaned all of my windows inside and out, even cleaned up some marks that had started to show on some siding due to our sprinkler system at no additional cost! Brady and Roger gave a great explanation of what the scope of work would entail and answered my questions promptly. Their cleaning technician, Joe, left no trace of the dust or grime that was previously adding up as a result of 2 years of procrastination on my end. Big thanks, can’t recommend The Dirt Herders enough 👍

Very professional and courteous company. They showed up on time and worked hard. The quality was well worth the price. My house looks like new. The gutters are clean. Never realized what a difference it makes having shiny window frames and sills. The power wash made the walls look new. Just postponed our repainting plans for the spring by a couple years. Would recommend to any homeowner serious about home care.

Exceptional Service from The Dirt Herders - A Clear View to Five Stars! Two weeks ago, I submitted a request on Yelp for residential window cleaning in South Los Angeles. Five companies responded almost immediately, but Brady from The Dirt Herders - Santa Monica stood out by reaching out instantly to discuss the project. I was on my walking break and spoke with Brady about our two-story, 17,000 square foot home, noting that the exterior windows hadn't been professionally cleaned in over two years. His initial estimated quote was surprisingly affordable, which was a pleasant shock for the size of the job. On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, (fitting the cleaning in between rain showers!), the team—led by Joe and an associate, I believe named Angela—arrived promptly at 9:00 AM. They were incredibly professional, walking me through their process and explaining how they would tackle the cleaning. Brady arrived shortly after, and the work began. The attention to detail was outstanding. They thoroughly cleaned: Window sills Window frames (scrubbing away two years of accumulated dust and dirt) Screens (they were shampooed and cleaned, making them look transparent again!) All windows and back doors (interior and exterior) The entire job was completed efficiently in just two hours and twenty minutes. We can now see clearly out of every window, and the added screen shampooing—which was still very budget-friendly—made a massive difference to our view. What truly elevated this experience was their respect for our home. They removed their shoes when going upstairs to protect our carpeting, a small but significant detail that showed their professionalism. The Dirt Herders - Santa Monica is the company to call for window cleaning. Their outstanding results, affordable pricing, and respect for our property have made us a dedicated, annual customer. Great job, team!

The best exterior power washers in LA!! Friendly, professional, thorough and fairly priced. Ask for Brady. I use these guys at multiple properties for gutter cleaning, solar panels, windows, sun lights and exterior power washing. They always do a phenomenal job. They also care about the property and take extra precautions to not damage anything or leave a mess. Highly recommended. There’s a reason they have 5 stars. Give them a call!

Brady was able to come give an estimate within 30 minutes of my call, and the job was scheduled for two days later. I am in a condo, and looped-in a neighbor as well. As-such, we each got a discount. Joe & Adriana did a great job and were both really friendly and enjoyable to have around. This felt like a very personable and local operation. I will definitely continue to use and recommend them!
