In particular, we are comforted that the embalming was very well done and the deceased looked as good as when he was alive. I got to know Victor Wu from my dad's passing on in the year 2022. He came with dedication and care towards guiding us into preparation of the funeral needs. We were upset over the loss and in the state of confusion, only thinking of the usual void deck preparation, whereby Victor was kind to introduce us parlour services that was more comfortable and less expensive too. From there, he also suggested all the necessary in accordance to our dialect and planned for us in all aspects till the cremation. Also gave advices to us on what to look out for when we went to purchase the urn on our own at our desinated temple. Hence, all went smooth thoughout the days till cremation without any hiccups. Recenly, we engaged him once again for our mum's passing on and he was still as dedicated as ever. Thank you Victor for your dedication and help.

He listened to what his customer needs and recommend the most suitable Package for the funeral. He is always ready to give an answer or solution to any queries or doubts I have.
