Direct Funeral Services was a tremendous help during a really tough time for our family. Their punctuality and quick responses made everything so much easier. They communicated clearly and handled all the logistics seamlessly, which was such a relief while we were grieving. A special shoutout to Victor, our funeral director. He was so patient and respectful, always being just a phone call away to answer any questions we had. Our family is very grateful for Victor's advice and assistance in those difficult times. The video montage they prepared gave our family and friends a chance to relive their shared memories. Thank you, Victor, and the whole team, for your support and compassion.

Went back to Roy as we knew we could count on him and Direct to give us good service. This time for my grandma. He didn’t upsell me as I made it plain to him that I wanted it simple. There were lovely touches like a customised table card where we could write a note for all to read. A video photo collage was also prepared for us too. He also sent me reminders every night to keep the collections. Highly recommend Roy n Direct for a peace of mind.

Roy was professional and respectful. He was there to support us through the entire time. Knowing that I was distraught, he sent timely sms-es to remind me what to do. He also went the extra mile to help with buying certain items that I needed and to book stuff with the temple. Even after everything was over, he continued to stay in contact and provided advice. Really appreciated his help.

Very well organized funeral service which provide deceased with respect and dignity. The setting up of the funeral hall and amosphere was good. There was a personalized video display of the deceased photos with the family & Printed memorial write up copy from one of the representative of the family member, this was displayed at all the tables & it helps to reflect the personality and life of the deceased. It also offer the opportunity for us to share memories together. Dylan, the company funeral manager is very professional, compassionate & attentive to the needs of the family, everything was well-planned and executed smoothly, with clear instructions given to the family member & handling stuff competently. Highly recommended their company funeral service, as it provide a meaningful and comforting farewell to the deceased, offering solace to the beloved left behind.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Dylan. He is knowledgeable, patience, very polite and professional. . With his guidances, we are worried free and confidence with whole process. All other staffs are very friendly, responsible and handling their respective roles very well. I also like to thanks Mr. Roland for his good gestures. Provide additional hot beverages, additional helpers for all night services, upgrade to premium car, send us coconut pudding, etc. At no cost.
