Exceptional staff & service. Everyone was friendly & informative. I arrived early and parked at the gates. I was third in line and did not queue in the second line as there were signs advising not to. However when staff arrived they ushered cars behind me to move up and queue in the second line. This pushed me further back in line. Not big a deal but could have been stressful if I were time poor. Once I approached the gate I was approached by a lovely and kind member of staff who informed me they were having issues with their systems. He promptly assisted me to get through the gates and gave me clear and simple directions to follow. I parked on level 4 with ease and easily found the elevators to take me down to level 2. As the elevator doors open you are greeted by a sign that says “shuttle bus” pointing to the left. After a 10 second walk to the reception I was greeted by another friendly and enthusiastic worker who promptly ran me through the shuttle service and my return. I walked towards to shuttle bus and met with my driver who was another lovely and kind member of staff. They verified I was headed in the right direction and I popped myself on the bus. It was a short drive and then a short walk to check in. Each ranging between 5-10 minutes max. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience. They had best rates I could find but the exceptional customer service is what stands out to me most. Thanks everyone!
Arrived and was very polite and friendly and helpful while we were able to go straight into the van very spacious and there two groups of us..... great trip 👌 would go again with him God bless 🙌

Booked with this company multiple time and have never ever had an issue, until recently tonight when i was being picked up at Sydney airport when the driver was absolutely horrible and quiet rude due to a misunderstanding, he keep going on and on and tried to be little me in-front of all the other customers who were waiting to get on.
I advised him that it was a misunderstanding and to continue doing what he has to so we can go on our way yet he kept coming back to discuss the misunderstanding which I acknowledged.
This kind of behaviour is not acceptable especially because we paying and waiting customers.

Customers are asked to wait until their name is called before loading luggage and boarding the shuttle.
Based on the information provided to us and discussed with our staff member there appears to have been a misunderstanding regarding the boarding process, even after these instructions were communicated multiple times on the day.

Honestly can't rate this company high enough. Shuttle out to the airport and pick up on return flight were pretty much immediate. Will always use this parking facility when flying out of Sydney
