Very reliable and honest company! They came the first time and fixed our AC issue. Three weeks later, we had another problem, and they came back, fixed what wasn’t fully resolved the first time, and didn’t charge us. They were punctual, professional, and responsible. Highly recommend!

Angel was awesome very thorough knowledgeable plumber he adjusted my flapper on toilet for very minimal service fee and estimate for valve under sink 260 less than another plumber I would wholeheartedly recommend him and Snyder Plumbing to everyone

I had to have a lineset replacement for my AC unit today. Adrian and his helper were excellent! He explained everything that had to be done and they went right to it. He took pictures to show me some of the issues involved and some other future issues. They were very efficient with their time and cleaned up completely upon finishing the work. Adrian is very knowledgeable and personable. Job well done!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Alain. Our AC stopped working today, and our house had already reached 83 degrees. I initially called another company and was told they wouldn’t be able to come out until tomorrow evening. I then called Direct Air, and within 35 minutes, I had a technician calling to let me know he was on his way.
From the moment Alain arrived, he was incredibly patient, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He took the time to explain everything clearly to both me and my elderly mother, answered every question I had, and walked us through exactly what the issue was, why it happened, and what needed to be done to correct it. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured.
I also really appreciated how thorough he was after the service was completed. He emailed me a copy of the invoice along with photos he had taken during the service and a detailed breakdown of the work that was performed. That level of transparency and attention to detail gave me even more confidence that we had called the right company.
It is so reassuring to have someone come into your home who not only knows what they’re doing, but genuinely takes the time to make sure you understand everything as well. I am extremely thankful for the quick response, honesty, patience, professionalism, and excellent service. I would absolutely recommend this company and will definitely be requesting Alain again in the future.
I also want to note that we recently purchased a brand new carpet for our living room, so I was stressing about technicians trekking in and out, as soon as Alain walked in, he put booties on! This may seem like something small and insignificant, but as a clean freak, it was greatly appreciated 😆

Compressor unit wasn’t operating properly, so had no air during one of the hottest days. They were kind enough to expedite the service visit even though I contacted them late in the afternoon. Very understanding. Carlos, the technician, came out first thing the next morning and diagnosed the issue and was able to resolve it quickly. Both, office and field staff were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Very good outcome.
