Dingman’s installed a brand new Merlin mesh cover on my Inground pool. They were the only company that were willing to work with the existing cover anchors that we had in our pavers. The measurement team came by and designed a great cover that fit the template of the equipment that was already in place. Pricing was more than fair on this as well. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had been getting estimates to remodel our gunite pool. After reaching out to Dingman pools I was promptly scheduled for an estimate to renovate. The price was great compared to others we had gotten. Settled on a date and work had begun. The best part of working with Billy and Mike was their attention to detail and working around our changes of design in a pinch. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the renovation and the beauty of a newly remodeled pool. We highly recommend Dingman pools and will be using them in the future for all of our backyard needs.
I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but working with Dingman on building my pool was the best decision I could have made.
I had the pleasure of working with both Billy and Mike — and they were great. My original idea was for a simple, basic pool, but after seeing Billy’s 3D renderings and having some back-and-forth discussions, the vision completely evolved. He made some amazing recommendations that turned my pool into something far beyond what I ever imagined for the space I had.
As the project progressed, I came up with additional ideas, and the team was able to pivot and incorporate those changes without issue. What started as just a pool ended up becoming a full backyard transformation — including a patio, sheer descents, drainage system, a new walkway, a driveway, and a complete regrading and hardscaping of both the front and back of my house.
Billy kept in constant communication and guided me through every step of the process. The team addressed all my concerns and truly went above and beyond. I was able to enjoy their work all summer long, and they just recently closed the pool for the season.
All around, just great work from a bunch of great guys. I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you, guys!
We had a very frustrating first season with Dingman. I want to start by saying that the technicians who came out were always polite and professional, and the inclusive pool service package is a fair deal if you already know how to manage a pool. Unfortunately, as new pool and homeowners, we made it very clear multiple times that we needed extra guidance, and we simply didn’t get it.
Here are the main issues we dealt with:
1. Our pool filter top and chlorinator lines were replaced, but the new lines leaked immediately. I was even told maybe my landscaper caused the problem — but we don’t have a landscaper, and no one was home at the time.
2. After more service calls, our pool stayed green. We were told the filter was old. One technician (Nick) finally realized the chlorinator had been installed backwards — something that went on for weeks before it was caught.
3. The pool continued to turn green on and off. Only after complaining were we told to keep shock on hand, which didn’t even resolve the issue.
4. When the pool turned cloudy and green again, different technicians came out multiple times saying they couldn’t vacuum and just needed to shock. It wasn’t until Anthony came later that he explained we needed to backwash 6–7 times. No one had ever told us this before, despite us stressing that we were first-time pool owners.
5. We ordered a Loop-Loc cover. Before closing, it was dropped off in our shed, but when it was installed at closing, there were three rips in the brand-new cover. I was told maybe a rodent chewed through it. After complaining (on top of all the other issues), they finally patched it.
6. We called multiple times about fixing our ladder and waited over a month for a response — only to be told it wasn’t up to code and would need replacing.
7. We were also told there was a liner patch needed. I was assured it would be taken care of, but when Anthony came out, he had no idea. Only after more complaints did it finally get patched, at no cost, just before closing.
In the end, while the staff themselves were nice, the season was filled with miscommunication, repeated mistakes, and very little guidance for new owners. We were left constantly frustrated and feeling like we had to chase them down for help.
Because of the communication issues and ongoing problems, I cannot recommend this company to other new pool owners.
We used Dingman Pools for the first time and Mike and staff were super professional and great to work with. They helped winterize our pool as well as installed our very first pool cover. We are so happy we switched and look forward to future business. We have worked with a few pool companies and Dingman Pools outshines them all in customer service, professionalism, knowledge and cost. We wull be referring all our friends and colleagues!
When we started our backyard project in March 2025, choosing Dingman Pools turned out to be the best decision we would make. From our first meeting with the owner, Billy, we felt confident that he understood exactly what we envisioned. We called him often throughout the project he was attentive and helpful. We also worked with Heather the office manager, who was absolutely outstanding. She guided us through the permit process, turning what could have been stressful into a smooth process. Her expertise was evident every step of the way. We are so grateful for everything she did for us. A special Thank You goes out to Pete and Sammuel as well, for their dedication and attention to detail throughout the project. Every member of Dingman team from the owner Billy to the crew showed care and commitment to making sure everything was done right. We are beyond thrilled with the results. Dingman took care of our entire project. They installed an in ground pool, patio pavers, walkway, front pavers, an asphalt driveway and fenced the backyard. Our backyard now looks like a small resort beautiful and designed for relaxation. I highly recommend Dingman pools for their exceptional service and expertise.
My pool is 42 years old. This is my third liner.
Mike and his crew did a fantastic job making look like the day first day that it was installed.
