Be vary careful and do not trust with this tax filing preparation company.
In my case, the person assigned to me entered a completely wrong bank account for my refund deposit. They also did not seem to have proper knowledge about the Oregon state tax kicker, and repeatedly gave vague answers to my questions.
It may simply be that I was assigned a bad representative, but the issue still has not been resolved. Unless I contact them myself, the matter appears to be left unattended.
I am truly frustrated and in a very difficult situation.

Grossly incompetent firm. Once they enroll you they won't take a phone call. They also filed my taxes incorrectly and didn't file at all with one of the city taxes. I don't know how they are getting 5 star reviews, but it can't be through merit. Do yourself and avoid these incompetent muppets.

Dimov was great - helped me recuperate taxes for a repaid bonus that I would not have been able to navigate on my own. I had to submit follow up documents and they confidently prepared the form and walked me through what was needed, which ultimately resulted in successful refund.
