I'm the designated kitchen wizard in our humble abode, mostly because my ridiculously beautiful, super smart wife's culinary skill set peaks at ordering takeout.Upon first whiff, this rub doesn't just whisper 'chicken and pork,' it belts it out like a Broadway star hitting a high note. It smells like all the good decisions you've ever made decided to throw a party in a spice jar. The ingredients list, bless its wholesome little heart, reads like a grocery list from a parallel universe where everything is pure and untainted by shadowy machinations -- just honest-to-goodness flavor architects like brown sugar, garlic, and paprika.As with most sugar based rubs, it is a bit sweetness forward. It's still great, happiness all around. Just saying if you don't want a sweet rub, then this is not for you. If you do like sweet rubs, this is absolutely up your alley.I slathered this magical dust onto some humble pork chops, treating them with reverence usually reserved for ancient artifacts. Into the fiery maw of the grill they went. The transformation was less a subtle shift and more a full-blown flavor supernova. The chops emerged, glistening and caramelized, tasting like they'd spent a year at a five-star spa for swine. Even my discerning wife, whose palate is calibrated like a culinary Geiger counter, gave a nod of approval I filed away in my 'personal triumphs' mental folder. Very good rub
I think this rub is very appropriately named. The first time I opened it and smelled the rub, my initial impression was "yes, this absolutely belongs on pork or chicken". Its a great flavor for those two meats. It tastes really good. The bottle is huge too; I think its the biggest bottle of rub in my cabinet. This is a fantastic rub that I highly recommend.

Versatile seasoning, love the flavor combination!
Love the Dillo Chili Lime Seasoning, and it’s a great value for the size of container. I lave the flavors, as it goes great on vegetables, meats and fruits-especially pineapple, mangoes and watermelon. I especially love this mixed with guacamole, sprinkled on avocados or incorporate into meat and potatoes for breakfast tacos. Ingredients - Chili Pepper, Sugar, Salt, Mexican Cumin, Citric Acid, Garlic, Oregano, Coriander, Paprika & Natural Lime Flavor.

I found this seasoning when purchasing parts from their tactical accessories business. I found it to be a great all around seasoning and have enjoyed it for years. Its ability to be used on literally anything is what makes it so great. I have had it on every fruit, vegetable and meat I cook and it compliments them all.

Great quality, tastes great and the smell lets everyone know that its about to go down. Gives the ribs a great look. Its a little more expensive than the others but you get what you pay for.

Love Dillo Dust...my Dad passed and my Brother in Law told me my Dad loved it and handed me a bottle of the Dillo Dust...I've ordered it multiple times on Amazon for myself and for a friend of mine. My Mother also orders it herself. Most amazing seasoning ever.
