He cleaned and fixed the contacts on my Ipad, free of charge. NO waiting, immediate service. At Apple store or Microcenter i have to wait and make appointment. He also recommended a dedicated cable for my Ipad, and the cable shows charge level. Good to have.
Excellent customer service. Stores like this way above the chain stores.

My kids Ipad pro stopped charging. It’s about two years old and cost a fortune. I’ve never had anything like that repaired before, but this shop has changed my mind about when it’s time to buy something new. The two guys that own it seem to be the only two employees, which is nice. They know what they’re talking about and if they can’t fix your tech, they have people they can outsource to that can, which is what happened to me. $300 to get the thing charging again, and i think it was worth it versus buying something new or even refurbished. Also, it’s a neat space that’s full of things I don’t understand because i was born so long ago. Have you guys seen these 3D printers? Man, that’s cool.

I brought in a completely destroyed Samsung Galaxy S21 and Dan at Digital Twinsburg was able to take care of my phone and it's now like brand new. T-Mobile wouldn't even attempt to fix it because it was in such bad shape. He was upfront and honest with me letting me know it was possibility the phone couldn't be saved. The service was amazing, I was updated throughout the whole process, and I feel the price of the repair was more than reasonable for the amount of damage done to it. He was even willing to educate me about the issues so I would better understand the situation. I am thankful, appreciative, and will be coming back for my future electronic needs.
