Approached Dr Vivek for my tortoise. It is not easy to find vets for tortoise and what a relief that we finally found one. Though it’s online consultation, they have been so responsive and helpful. I had a very good experience with Dr. Vishal and Dr Vivek and I can say they give the best and most accurate treatment for your loved pets. My Alexandrine parrot was unable to fly because we accidentally stepped over him. he hasn’t even ate food for 3-4 days. Dr. Vishal treated him perfectly through online consultations. He always suggests branded and trusted medicines, not random colourful syrups like some local vets give without proper instructions. A few years ago, another vet had given me two bottles of colourful medicines and told me to just feed them to my parrot without any dosage details. That made my parrot’s condition even worse. After that bad experience, I contacted Dr. Vishal, and I’ve been in touch with him since 2019 or 2020. He has always guided me very patiently and helped my parrot recover every time. The best part is that he actually knows what he is saying. He never runs a “trial and error” kind of treatment. He carefully studies the symptoms, understands the condition, and then prescribes the right medicine and dosage. You can feel that his knowledge is based on real experience and understanding, not guesswork. He always calculates the correct dosage according to the bird’s weight, which most offline vets fail to do. Many local vets mainly treat cats, dogs, and rabbits and don’t have enough knowledge about birds. He was finally able to fly after around 20 days If you truly love your pets, especially small ones like birds or squirrels, please avoid unqualified vets who don’t understand correct dosages. Wrong medication can be very harmful. Personally, I would only trust Dr Vishal for my birds because sometimes no treatment is better than bad treatment.
