I can honestly say working with Shoulder Comeback changed the way I understand pain, training and movement.

After having surgery for a SLAP tear, I assumed the hardest part was behind me. The shoulder healed, but I never truly got my motion back. For years, throwing a ball felt awkward and restricted. I could lift and function day to day, but anything overhead or fast made my shoulder feel tight and unreliable.
I went through physical therapy after surgery and again later on, but I always seemed to hit the same ceiling. No matter how much time passed, my shoulder just would not move the way it used to. When I started this program, I was honestly skeptical. I had already “done rehab” before and did not expect much to change years after surgery.
What surprised me was how different the approach was. Before approaching Before approaching Comeback Performance & Wellness my left Shoulder I had trouble reaching my car seat, seatbelt, removing my T-shirts, sleeping on my side and limited on some exercise exercises at the gym. I had Physiotherapie for at least a good six months in shoulder did not really get better so I contacted Comeback Performance & Wellness For this 12 week program now I can reach my car seat belt. I can remove my T-shirt without any pain. I can sleep on my left side and my exercise exercises for shoulder exercise at the gym are better. I could say I healed at least 90% even I finished the 12 week program, I’m still using exercises to achieve my hundred percent. Thank you very much for helping me heal my shoulder.

Where to start slight tare in my left shoulder (rotater cuff). For over a year and half I tried everything, 3 cortisone shots, plasma shots, nothing worked. At my giving up point ran across this P.T. add on YouTube. Why not you have tried everything . Had my assessment and they gave me the price and I was like ummmm. Went with it anyways because they were honest. They didnt say they could fix it they said the can work on making it better. At the time I had very little movement the pain was 7 to 10 most days. I tried the shots I didnt want surgery. I went all in. Started out very difficult was not sure about this online coaching. He was always there and answered all my questions. So first few weeks hurt really bad. Did almost every pt training. Started noticing no more pain all day no more pain when I drive when I walk. 3 months in I benched press for the first time in almost 2 years. Can't thank the team enough gave me some tools to work with got me feeling 100 % better. Pain is still there every now and then but its a 2 or a 1 and it goes away.....worth every dime....worth all the time to get better. Thank you.

For years, I kept telling myself my shoulder stiffness was just something I had to live with if I wanted to keep lifting. Every time I trained, it felt like I was working around my shoulder instead of actually training it.
Bench press and shoulder press were hit or miss, and getting into a back squat position was brutal. My shoulder felt so tight and painful that simply getting under the barbell was a challenge before the set even started.
I had tried physical therapy and other treatments in the past, but everything was always focused only on the shoulder itself. Nothing ever addressed why it kept tightening back up or why my mobility continued to decline.
What completely changed things was learning how much my thoracic spine and shoulder blades were contributing to the problem. Once we started working on those areas, everything began to move differently. My shoulder finally started to feel free instead of jammed.
Over the 12 weeks, my mobility improved more than I expected. I can now bench press and shoulder press comfortably again, and I am back squatting without fighting my shoulders just to get into position. I honestly have more mobility now than I did 10 years ago when my shoulder pain first started.

This is a great program that has produced some solid results. I initially had shoulder and elbow pain that prevented me from completing strength training on a regular basis and my sleep was poor. After 3 months following this program, I am fully back to my training and sleep is consistently good.

I was experiencing burning, pain and weakness in my left shoulder/bicep tendon for several months that affected my workouts. I had been dealing with chronic pain in both shoulders for years from old injuries I never fully treated. I tried PT in the past, but it didn’t give me lasting results. I reached to Comeback after months trying to self diagnose my shoulder pain. There is a lot of online help you, but it can get really confusing if you can’t even figure out the real issue you’re dealing with. After completing my virtual assessment, I received a proper diagnosis. I was nowhere near what I originally thought was my issue.
I began my rehab with Comeback immediately. I noticed a difference within my first week. I am an avid gym goer, and I was told I could keep working out, but just stay faithful to the program. So I did, and every week I got better. I had 1 setback mid way through, but Cooper was quick to respond and guide me through it. The setback was actually a blessing, as it helped Cooper tailor my program to be even more effective in my healing.
For those skeptical of on line rehab, I highly encourage you to take the leap. The program is daily, effective, and you will feel relief quickly. I’ve done in-person PT, but the time it takes to drive, receive treatment, and get home, you could’ve done this program in a quarter of the time.
The program is easy to follow, and includes videos. The app also allows you to communicate with your coach daily, or as needed. My coach was Cooper. We met several times online to assess progress and assist with my setback. Cooper was always quick to respond, friendly and eager to get me healed.

Comeback Performance & Wellnes restored my left shoulder ROM and comfortable sleep. Prior to Comeback I was unsuccessful in restoring ROM to my left shoulder. I had tried my own rehab techniques and was discouraged by the lack of improvement. I follow Comeback Performance on ig and reluctantly reached out to them.
