Digiprint went above and beyond excellent customer service when I called them in a panic for a pamphlet printing job for my father's funeral. I originally used an online printing service and they cancelled my order without noticing me because of military content that they thought was "questionable". What?!?! I had 2 days before Thanksgiving to recreate the pamphlet and find a local printer. I called digiprint in a panic and they said they would fulfill the order for me considering it was for my father's funeral the Monday after the holiday weekend. Needless to say I was not only thankful but relieved that I was going to be able to get it done in time for the funeral. I was astonished at the final product and the amazing staff that helped me. I will NEVER use another printing service other than digiprint. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

It is a joy to work with the office employees. They are the best. I have a therapy dog that pouts if he misses a chance to visit with them and staff that wants to know where he is. Absolutely incredible customer service!! Digiprint on Longley Lane went above and beyond for us. A big chain printer completely ruined our memorial (funeral) programs at the last minute, and Digiprint stepped in to save the day. Not only did they get everything reprinted beautifully, but they actually beat the timeline they promised. Their customer service was warm, understanding, and truly outstanding in a very stressful situation. I can’t thank them enough—this team is professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend them for any printing needs! There is no comparison to the quality they provide and the price was half what the big chain charged!

This is the BEST printer and mailing service that we have ever found! The staff here is AMAZING! They are always quick to respond, put out a great quality product, very communicative, and Dave has even caught mistakes that I have made on my copy order, nice! They are very pleasant to deal with, and have even been there for us when we had a last minute emergency rush mailing. Don't forget to ask for the tour of their interesting printer set up! I highly recommend this DigiPrint!
