We had a very positive experience with Hudson Valley Home Inspections. They went above and beyond to accomodated our scheduling needs. Donna always had a pleasant, can do attitude. We asked a lot of detailed questions both before and after the inspections. Dave, Cameron and Matt were great at explaining how and why certain test are performed and what the results mean. We did extensive water testing, a water flow test, septic inspection, wood boring insect inspection and air Radon testing. Cameron did all testing. Being on site when testing was done, it appeared to me he was knowledgeable and thorough. All the members of the team we worked with treated us with respect and never made us feel our questions were unwelcome. Home inspections, for us, could have been a scary process, but we we glad we engaged a team that could address all our concerns and were very timely in responding to our calls and texts.

Mason was very professional, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond by recommending a service that I absolutely needed and wanted but didn’t realize wasn’t included. I really appreciate that he looked out for me and made sure I was aware of what I needed. Rod has an incredible attention to detail and the ability to explain issues thoroughly, in concise language that makes sense to someone with extremely limited knowledge of home repair/maintenance. Rod provided an excellent experience.

BrickKicker is excellent. I was able to schedule a home inspection during weekend hours within 2 days. I received a call back from Anette immediately after leaving a voicemail to coordinate. Tom S. was our inspector and he is very thorough and knowledgeable as well as a nice person overall. The price was affordable and competitive. Received the detailed report a few hours after the inspection. 10/10 recommend.
