We had a great experience with Stephen English from GreenWorks Inspection & Engineering for our one-year home warranty inspection. Stephen did a fantastic job and was extremely thorough throughout the entire inspection. He took the time to carefully go through the home, clearly explain all of his findings, and answer our questions along the way. I especially appreciated that he didn’t just point out issues—he helped us understand what he was seeing, why it mattered, and what we should be aware of. Stephen was knowledgeable, professional, and very detailed. The inspection gave us a lot of confidence going into the end of our one-year builder warranty period. I would highly recommend Stephen English and GreenWorks Inspection & Engineering to anyone looking for a thorough and knowledgeable home inspector. Excellent experience from start to finish!
