I went with Diamond Flooring to sand and refinish the wood floors on the main level of my house because they were rated 5 stars across 129 total reviews and they did not disappoint. This company was terrific in every way. Their prices are competitive and the owner works and manages every job very closely. Our job was pretty big, about 8 days and involved them ripping up ceramic tile in the kitchen and a wood floor in the dining room which were both at a slightly higher elevation than the rest of the rooms on that floor Diamond did a great job. They were neat and very well skilled. New red oak was installed in the kitchen and dining room and was weaved in perfectly with the rest of the floors on that level. The sanding and finishing of the floors was beyond my expectation. The floors look like great. I highly recommend you consider them for your flooring project. I didn't include pictures because I am painting the rooms and have the floors covered with construction paper.
