I cannot recommend Rhys and the team highly enough! I approached Rhys with very little notice, hoping to have a beautiful engagement ring made, and from the very beginning, the team were incredible and went above and beyond to make it happen. They hand-crafted the most gorgeous ring, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the result. It is such a beautiful piece of artwork and everything I could have hoped for. The craftsmanship, care and service were exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for something truly special. Thank you again, Rhys and the team!

We had a fantastic experience with Ashley at Diamondport. When we arrived bright and early on a Monday morning we were greeted by the director Ashley, who helped us select the perfect wedding rings. He was so knowledgeable and professional however we were struck by how personable he is. We fully planned to visit a number of stores before making our decision however after meeting Ashley we knew we had found our jeweller. We are so happy with our rings. I had a fantastic experience with Diamondport Jewellers getting my wedding band. I originally had a ring made by another jeweller, but unfortunately I wasn’t happy with it. After returning that ring, I went to Diamondport and spoke with Ash, and I’m really glad I did. I was working with a tight deadline as my wedding was on 10 September. I explained to Ash that the 9th September was the latest I could have the ring ready, as I was still in Brisbane and needed to pick it up before the wedding. Ash was confident from the start that he could have it done in time, and he delivered exactly as promised. I placed the order on 13 August and the ring was ready to collect on 9 September. Ash was fantastic throughout the whole process. He took the time to sit down with me, understand what I was looking for and help me choose the right ring. He was also a huge help with sizing. I had my doubts about the size initially, but Ash was confident he had it right — and he was absolutely spot on. The ring fits perfectly. After having the experience I did with my previous ring, having someone who listened, gave me confidence and followed through on what they promised made a huge difference. I’m extremely happy with the finished ring and it’s exactly what I wanted. Thanks to Ash and the whole Diamondport team for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy. I’d definitely recommend Diamondport to anyone looking for a wedding ring or quality jewellery.

If you’re looking for ring resizing services or jewellery repairs in Brisbane, Diamondport are your guys. I’ve taken a couple of rings to them over the years for resizing, and they’ve always done an absolutely stellar job, but after recently visiting them for a repair service as well, I can now confidently say they’re my favourite jeweller in Brisbane. I sadly lost a diamond out of one of my antique rings, and I immediately reached out to Diamondport to see if they could help and repair it for me. Not only did they respond to my query super quickly, but they also had the ring fixed, cleaned, and looking as good as new with a replacement diamond in no time at all. I’m thrilled to have this ring back on my finger and looking so incredibly shiny again! Thanks, Diamondport team. You guys rock, your services are gold, and your jewellers genuinely run rings around all the others (puns absolutely intended ❤️).

We didn’t have an appointment and they were still very accommodating and helped us pick the exact rings we wanted and had them made in a timely manner giving us updates by email of each new step.
