Rhys looked after us and was so patient, respectful and helpful, even after multiple visits while we worked through our options. Nothing ever felt rushed or pressured. We visited several other jewellers afterwards, but the service and overall experience simply didn’t compare. A huge thank you also to Karis, who made my engagement ring the quality of her work is amazing. Thank you for helping create something so special. I smile every time I look at my ring. It is the most gorgeous ring I’ve ever laid eyes on. I’ve actually been stopped in supermarkets and shops by people asking what kind of ring it is and where it’s from! Rhys and Karis were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and made everything feel exciting, personal, and completely smooth especially when I returned today for my post-proposal follow up appointment. Such a hidden gem next to Louis Vuitton on Queen Street. Absolutely amazing 😍 We will see you again for our wedding rings!!

I got my partner an engagement ring from Diamond Port and dealt with Rhys and Karis, who were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I explained the proposal date and was worried it might be short notice to have the ring made, but they were incredibly quick and efficient. The communication was excellent and the service was very professional from start to finish. My fiancée was absolutely over the moon with the ring. After the proposal, we were invited back to see Rhys, who cleaned the ring for us and even provided a complimentary cleaning kit to use at home. 10/10 service! We highly recommend!!!

We did go back and forth quite a bit and Rhys as lovely and accommodating at all times. We did have a slight issue post purchase which was fixed right away by the team. Diamondport made such a beautiful ring. It was great to meet the whole team as well, it was nice to be able to thank Karis as well. Definitely would recommend.
