The moment we walked into Diamondport, we knew instantly it was the right place to bring my engagement ring vision to life. My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Karis, who made the entire experience feel truly personal and memorable. Sitting down with her to design the ring knowing she would be hand-selecting the diamond and crafting the piece herself gave us complete confidence from the very start. The end result was perfect and I couldn’t be happier!!

The team at diamondport were fantastic. They helped me pick out a gorgeous diamond ring on a gold band that my fiancee absolutley adores. Rhys and the team were so professional and really flexible with my budget. The turnaround time to get the ring was also very prompt. We can't wait to work with the team again for our wedding bands!

Beautiful design and an amazing customer service. They keep you posted both via phone calls and online with a weekly progress of the ring production. They set the date up by which the ring will be ready and from the start and throughout the journey, you had a feeling that the ring will be either ready on the date when it was promised or prior to it.

Recently worked with Rhys and Ruthie on a custom eternity ring design and he was wonderful. He understood the brief and the final product is so much more beautiful than I originally imagined. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for significant life milestone jewellery, especially if it involves diamonds.
