Honestly couldn’t recommend Rhys at Diamond Port Jewellers enough! We were already engaged when we came to Rhys, and from the first appointment we knew we were in the right place. The whole experience was so easy and completely pressure free, which made such a difference when choosing something as special as an engagement ring. Rhys was so helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, helped us find the perfect diamond, and made sure we were happy with every little detail along the way. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, and it genuinely felt like he cared about getting the ring exactly right for us. And I absolutely love my ring. It is honestly perfect and exactly what I dreamed of. We’re so happy we chose Rhys and will definitely be recommending him to anyone looking for a jeweller. We’ll be back very soon for our wedding bands!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our ring from Diamonport. The team were excellent in providing recommendations and meeting our requests. In the end we opted to purchase a Gardenia radiant engagement ring in yellow gold with a natural stone. The ring is in a cathedral setting and very well crafted. One year on, I am still very happy with my choice of ring and look forward to purchasing our wedding bands from Diamondport.

I used Diamond Port for a custom-made engagement ring in late 2025, and the entire experience was fantastic. From the initial consultation with Rhys, through the education and guidance during the design process, to the ease of communication throughout, the level of service was exceptional. Harry also did an amazing job bringing the ring to life, and my partner has absolutely loved it ever since the engagement. I’ve never seen her take care of anything quite like she does that ring! I would highly recommend Diamond Port to anyone looking for a bespoke ring who values a high-end experience, excellent communication, and genuine support throughout the process.
