One of my dogs is a bit shy and uncertain and the other one is very wiggly but she was so sweet and patient with them. They both look amazing as well. Would definitely use them again.

Our pups were long overdue for baths/grooming. I reached out via their website and within 10 minutes, someone had reached out and scheduled us (for the following day!)
We have a Siberian Husky (9y/o) and a lab mix (9 y/o) and they looked incredible after the services were performed. We will be using Diamond in the Ruff in the future and recommending them to our friends and family.

Diamond in the Ruff has done an excellent job of grooming our almost 8 year old Airedale Terrier for the past two years. Rosie was groomed this week and came back looking clean and cute, Teddy-bear soft and very happy. The groomer, Elizabeth, was very thorough, even noticing one of Rosie’s foot pads was irritated and treating it with salve. With Diamond in the Ruff mobile grooming, we know Rosie won’t have to get stressed by being kept in a crate around other stressed pets waiting to be groomed. I highly recommend Diamond in the Ruff.

Our family was a loyal, monthly customer of Diamond in the Ruff (DITR) for five years. We stayed through multiple groomer changes and price increases because we had consistently good experiences and trusted them with our pet. We truly love our dog, so this review comes from a place of deep disappointment.
When our dog began experiencing some medical issues with aging, we were proactive in communicating with both the groomer and our Veternarian — who are familiar with each other — our dog had full medical clearance for the grooming services he was receiving. At what ended up being his final grooming appointment a few months ago, he had no active medical issues.
Despite the above, the salon said that we needed to transition him to a “senior groomer” instead of the groomer he had seen comfortably with DITR for the past several years. We explained that switching groomers would add additional stress to him, especially given his recent health history, but that concern did not seem to matter. When we expressed our preference to keep him with the groomer our dog knew and trusted — and that we would need to look elsewhere if that wasn’t possible — we were essentially shown the door and sent on our way without accommodation, time for transition, or referral to a "senior grooming" service.
After five years of loyalty, it felt like there was no regard for the relationship we had built as a client or the bond that DITR had formed with our dog over the years. Being loyal clients, we anticipated, more flexibility, understanding, and partnership with our dogs grooming as he aged — especially as it relates to to his wellbeing.
If you truly love your pets and want what is best for them, I unfortunately cannot recommend this groomer.

For transparency, beginning in February 2025, your dog experienced multiple active seizures while in our care, including episodes involving vomiting and significant distress. These incidents were carefully documented, and each time our groomers immediately stopped services to focus on keeping him safe and comfortable.
Given the repeated nature of these medical events, we made the professional recommendation to transition him to a groomer experienced with senior and medically fragile pets, when you decided to cancel future appointments.
This decision was not made lightly, and it was never a reflection of your loyalty as a client. It was made with genuine concern for your dog’s health and safety, which will always be our top priority.
We truly wish you and your dog the very best moving forward.

We used DITR for the first time recently and it was a great experience! We have an older dog that gets anxious around new people. Lizzie did a great job making him feel comfortable and he looked beautiful at the end of his spa treatment! We will be using them for his grooming from now on!
I cannot say enough about these great people who are so highly qualified in the dog grooming business! The love and care Meri shown with my pets was phenomenal! Highly recommend and believe me the extra dollars paid for this noble service is well worth the price
