Recently attended the carpet and upholstery course. The course was incredibly informative and Paula covered so many aspects when it comes to completing jobs to a professional standard. I particularly appreciated the practical aspects of the course, where we had the opportunity to work on real carpets and furniture, gaining invaluable skills that I can now confidently apply in my own work. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to build or enhance their skills in carpet and upholstery care!

I done the carpet and upholstery cleaning course with Paula, her expertise and experience is second to none and there wasn’t a question she couldn’t answer. I’d highly recommend this course to anybody who is looking to get into carpet and upholstery cleaning.

These are courses well worth doing, im 6 years in the business and what I learned my approach on cleaning carpets and upholstery are a lot different and a lot easier .I’ve more understanding in what I’m doing ,Paula’s always on the phone for help when I have a issue I done the the marble restoration course and the carpet upholstery cleaning well worth it

Recently flew over from England for the hard floor course and it wasn't a waste of journey! The courses go into more depth on each topic but keep it nice and easy to learn - they have time for you. Very accommodating, friendly people.

I just finished the carpet and upholstery cleaning course with Paula. I must say what a course. Even before the course started, Paula was very helpful with any questions I had with regards to equipment before starting the course. The course itself was brilliant, very informative and the knowledge Paula has is second to none, and she isbt afraid to pass that knowledge on. Plenty of practical as well, which I liked as you really learn from doing the practical and different techniques. I would highly recommend this course to anyone. I will be back for the other courses that are on offer.

Just finished spending a couple of days training with Paula on the carpet & upholstery cleaning course and it's an eye opener to what's involved in the process of carrying out a thorough, safe and professional service but Paula made it very easy to understand by explaining the correct methods, chemicals, tools etc required to clean all the different material's that you will come across with carpets, sofa's etc,
I highly recommend Paula's course as it will give you the knowhow and confidence to pursue the career if you wish to do so.

I attended a course with Paula in Feb 2024.
I can't rate it highly enough, it was packed full of content which was delivered using sensible down to earth approach. The predominantly hands-on teaching method ment I came away feeling I had retained so much more knowledge than a theory based class!
I would definitely recommend Diamond Cleaning Training Academy and I will certainly be returning to take up some of their other course offerings.

Just completed the carpet and upholstery course with Diamond training academy. Paula is very knowledgeable and thorough.
