Recently flew over from England for the hard floor course and it wasn't a waste of journey! The courses go into more depth on each topic but keep it nice and easy to learn - they have time for you. Very accommodating, friendly people.

I just finished the carpet and upholstery cleaning course with Paula. I must say what a course. Even before the course started, Paula was very helpful with any questions I had with regards to equipment before starting the course. The course itself was brilliant, very informative and the knowledge Paula has is second to none, and she isbt afraid to pass that knowledge on. Plenty of practical as well, which I liked as you really learn from doing the practical and different techniques. I would highly recommend this course to anyone. I will be back for the other courses that are on offer.

I was on the carpet and upholstery course this week and it was amazing. I am really looking forward to adding the service to my business. Paula is very knowledgeable at what she does and I would recommend her courses to anyone. Ohh and the food spread was awesome 💯

Just finished spending a couple of days training with Paula on the carpet & upholstery cleaning course and it's an eye opener to what's involved in the process of carrying out a thorough, safe and professional service but Paula made it very easy to understand by explaining the correct methods, chemicals, tools etc required to clean all the different material's that you will come across with carpets, sofa's etc,
I highly recommend Paula's course as it will give you the knowhow and confidence to pursue the career if you wish to do so.

I attended a course with Paula in Feb 2024.
I can't rate it highly enough, it was packed full of content which was delivered using sensible down to earth approach. The predominantly hands-on teaching method ment I came away feeling I had retained so much more knowledge than a theory based class!
I would definitely recommend Diamond Cleaning Training Academy and I will certainly be returning to take up some of their other course offerings.

Just completed the carpet and upholstery course with Diamond training academy. Paula is very knowledgeable and thorough. Every question was answered and if there was something you wanted to do you done it. I will definitely be attending more courses in the near future to further gain my own knowledge.

I attended the 2 day carpet & Upholstery course with Paula and I cant recommend it enough.
Paula taught me so much in just 2 days, she explained everything in great detail and it was hands on which was great. She was so easy to ask questions too as well which makes you feel at ease when you are learning something new. I can honestly say this was the best training course I've been on and I can't wait for the next one!! Thankyou for all your help so far Paula

The training was second to none, i would usually have to travel to england for this but now its 30 mins up the road saving me a fortune on hotels and flights.

I attended a 1 day course with Paula in advanced spot and stain removal. It was a great day of learning with practical approaches and demonstrations. I really enjoyed hearing the experience of the other cleaners in the room too. The discussion and sharing of knowledge and tips made it such a worthwhile day. It’s been great for my business and I’ll definitely attend further courses with Paula!

She taught us so much in just 2 days, but made sure we all felt welcome and the atmosphere was simply brilliant - Paula explained everything in such great detail, but made it so easy to follow at the same time!
You can tell how much heart, passion and effort she puts into this straight away!
Would not hesitate to recommend her over & over again as she does an absolutely incredible job!

I attended the advanced stain removal training course and the knowledge achieved was amazing, unlike any other course I attended in the cleaning industry I had to travel to England
This is no longer the case Paula’s attention to detail in the academy is incredible , the accessibility juat off the m1 motor way and free parking is a perfect location , I couldn’t have been made feel more welcome , there was no shortage of free tea and coffee and fresh water for all not to mention the beautiful hot lunch provided for all with no shortage of seconds
This academy is what Ireland deserves and needed badly the cleaning industry is in safe hands 🙌
