Grabbed my front door knob this morning and it just came off in my hand. Thought I was gonna need a whole new lock, but they sprayed some graphite in there and it loosened right up. The sticking issue was gone instantly. Super relieved I didn't have to replace the whole thing.

Didnt want the kids around all that mess so I had these guys come out after finding out some staff made extra keys they werent supposed to. They changed all the locks on the business so only new keys work now. Feels way safer and I can get back to work without stressing who still has old keys. They kept it simple and told me what was up while they worked. Big relief. If you’re in Scottsdale, these are the ones to call.

Our old deadbolt was barely working, so we called Diamondback Locksmith. Tal came out this afternoon and replaced all the locks so they match now. It’s way easier using just one key for everything. Really appreciate how smooth and simple Tal made the whole process.

Our front door lock was sticking every time we tried to get the kids in and out during all the chaos. Luis from Diamondback Locksmith came by yesterday and sprayed some graphite inside. That little fix stopped the jam right away, which is one less thing to worry about with a busy household. Hard to find good service in scottsdale.
