Over the last 11 years I have been lucky enough to work with DHD on a variety of Interior Design projects. Steffani and her team are not only professional, creative & smart but they are sweet, wonderful human beings. In this industry the humanistic touch can often be missed, but not with them. They are great listeners and communicators whom I hold in high regard. I can't recommend them enough. If you are looking for a design team you can trust and who will do their very best to give you a space you can love, DHD is it!!
The whole team at DHD is wonderful. I've done two recording studio builds with Steven, and both have been wonderful. The first was a landmarked building that needed to be extended (not an easy proposition) and needed to be fully soundproofed from the neighbors with limited square footage to work with. DHD came up with a genius design and helped guide the entire process with Landmarks, the Community Board, the DOB...everything. I couldn't recommend this firm more.
As a General Contractor for 25 plus years, we've worked with a lot of architects and designers. For most of those years, we've been lucky to work with DHD - they're by far the best team we've worked with on our projects. They're professional, organized, and very easy to work with. And most importantly - our clients always love the results!
My Dad is an Architect and passionate about design, planning and says that "God is in the details". We recently did a deep dive into one of David Howell's projects and loved the design, the fabulous planning, the vocabulary of forms and the attention to detail.
