My experience with DFW has been amazing. They were extremely communicative and helpful with every question I had. Cedrick was the project manager on site and made sure my house was clean and the new roof was put on properly. Extremely happy with how the whole project and process turned out!
If I could give this company zero stars and a huge thumbs down I definitely would! The girl who calls to collect payment (I think her name is Allie or Alexandra) is one of the meanest, most hateful, and completely unprofessional person I’ve ever spoken to in my life from any company! She didn’t even know what she was talking about all she cared about was collecting a check. But had no info to give when I asked questions regarding my roof repair. Not to mention it sounded like she was eating and had her mouthful when I spoke with her. And don’t even get me started on Mike Mullins! He tried to cover up her mistakes and the unprofessionalism she showed my family. Even after complaining to him about her multiple times, she is some how still in the same position with the company. Which baffles me tremendously. He did seem very sympathetic to the situation and apologized multiple times, even promised he would address the issue and handle the situation. But it’s clear to me that he did not do anything! Even after that conversation he still proceeded to demand payment from my family and hounded my father in law over thanksgiving weekend. He was rude and over stepped many professional boundaries that he should have had training on way before getting into the position he is in. I know that the turn over rate within this company is insanely horrible because multiple people have quit working for him because of the lack of respect he shows to others. He puts on a great act but the reality is that he is just an awful human being who sits on his high horse with no remorse for his actions or the way he speaks to people. If you truly want your roof repaired correctly and you want to be treated fairly with respect like a customer should be treated, then I highly recommend you find another company to work with. This one is not it, sadly.

DFW Roofing Pro replaced my roof this August (2025). Alexa was great to work with, coordinating the project. My roof has solar panels and Abram did a great job removing and reinstalling the solar and insuring it was working well (DFW RP also cleaned the panels for better performance). Also Ryan followed up to make sure every i was dotted and T crossed...Their attention to detail is greatly appreciated...

The only reason it’s a 4 review is because the front office dropped the ball on getting us on the schedule. Cedric and his team came out and were here on time and completed our installation in record time. He is a professional in every sense of the word. He checked in with us throughout the day and he listened to our concerns. The clean up is on going as I type, but from what I’ve seen, a superb job was done. Thank you Cedric for your help, I hope the rest of the project goes as well.
