I was planning to get a couple of quotes to have my eavestroughs cleaned as during a heavy rainstorm a couple were pouring over. DewDrop was the first place I called. The person who answered the call was so friendly and professional. Such a rarity to just receive a bona fide human on the end of a phone these days. No automated system. Immediate assistance with a quote there & then. Super helpful! I didn't need to make any more calls. A lovely young man, Dylan I believe, showed up at my house and did a fabulous job! My gutters are now functioning well. Reasonable pricing and great service. I highly recommend this company.
The view from here never looked so good. Mitchell was wonderful. Polite and efficient and did an amazing job. I will definitely be using Dew Drop again and will be recommending to my friends family & neighbourhood. Thank you, Patrick Your company were both personable and accommodating, you listened to everything I asked and even clean my patio door again even though I didn't ask you to do that. Those tiny details mean more than you know! Great job! They called to confirm their arrival time and communicated every step of the work they were going to do. Their professional attitude, work ethic and quality of the work were all outstanding. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.
DewDrop Windows & Eavestrough Cleaning came in the fall to clear my eavestroughs, and they did an excellent job.
After they finished, I started noticing a strange sound outside the house. I had to investigate, and then it hit me — it was the sound of water flowing properly through the downspouts and into the drain at the side of the house! (I honestly had to stop and think about what that sound was.) It’s been so many years since the system worked the way it’s supposed to that I’d forgotten what it should sound like.
That alone tells you how thorough their cleaning was.
Another thing I appreciate: they charge tax. That may seem like a small detail, but it matters. We need honest businesses that do things properly and pay their fair share. It shows professionalism and integrity.
Very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend them.
