The work on my furnace did finally get to a working conclusion but it was a very difficult process to get there. The first tech was definitely not knowledgeable. After getting an exoerienced tech, my furnace is working pretty well. I have a lot of reservation now however after the hard time to get an experienced tech, the product installed finally, and what I consider to be minimal help and clear information on maintenance that a customer needs for using and maintaining. I would have liked a more informative rap up to help me with use, maintenance, and follow through.

Also, a woman named Jackie (who set up the service call) graciously accommodated my availability/schedule. Over the years, Woodruff and Smith has provided quality services at reasonable prices.

I’m very happy with the furnace and AC installation. I worked for commercial HVAC contractors for 38 years and I was pleasantly surprised to see the crew from Woodruff and Smith performed a commercial grade installation at my home. I woke up this morning with no heat and a furnace not igniting. Called Woodruff and Smith and they had the ability to move some appointments around to get a technician here as soon as possible. Logan was the tech that came and he was able to quickly asses the issue, get it figured out and replace the part. My house has heat again and I’m thankful that it wasn’t a major repair and cost. Logan was also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him and the company.

Mike Postler was here to give me a quote for a new furnace and my old furnace broke down at the time. Mike found the problem right away and came the next day and fixed it. Mike is very good at his job, knows what he is doing and is a very honest man. I would recommend him to anyone.
