After our 5 year old son was hospitalized twice for respiratory issues just months apart, with a long list of allergies and asthma, we decided it was time to take a look into our home environment. The kind people of Vic’s air went over our options and recommended we get an air scrubber in addition to the air purifier we already had in our system. Within a month our son’s symptoms were nearly non existent! He would be up most nights coughing endlessly, and now he is sleeping through the night without even a sniffle. It has now been several months and he continues to thrive. We couldn’t be more thankful to Vic’s for making our home a cleaner safer space for not just our son, but our entire family. The set up was very fast and we highly recommend them to everyone.

I want to thank Vic's Air Conditioning for its prompt assistance during a recent air conditioning dilemma. In June, my neighbor heard a strange noise coming from my HVAC unit as I was on a journey home from a vacation. Even though, it was one of the hottest days of the years, when I called from the airport, Laura arranged to have a service technician examine my HVAC within an hour after I arrived home. After working to replace a broken fan blade, the HVAC on my roof still did not function properly. Vic's AC was able to arrange for a crane and service technicians to install a new HVAC first thing the next day. The service technicians were courteous and professional as they showed me videos and photos of the equipment and answered all my questions. I appreciate the timely way in which Vic's resolved my HVAC emergency.

Vic's did our A/C installation in 2020, and we are pleased with their responsiveness in servicing the system. Laura in the office is great, and has been very helpful (and patient!) in guiding us through some of the Trane app features and settings, as well as ensuring the technicians have all the information they need when they come for the service appt. We appreciate their professionalism and customer service!

I do not recommend this air conditioning service as they are liars. Had an appointment today supposedly between three and five never showed up called them. They said they called us to confirm our appointment they did not. Then they said we called our home insurance warranty policy we did not so don’t trust this company because they’re not going to show up and they’re gonna lie to you.

I upgraded my 22 years old system with a brand new XR Trane system, and spent $15K. at the end of the day I believe my old system was performing much better in terms of cooling capacity, noise etc. New system consumes same wattage of power and works extra time compared to my original system to get to the same set temperature. They installed two identical units, and there is a significant difference on their performance. lowering the set temp on both systems, one unit that covers 30% of house has to work double the time compared the other unit that covers 70% of the house. The main issue with the AC units across the board is that the part number on the quote are not searchable in the internet and you cant get detail info of what you are buying, and you have to trust them for what you are getting. One positive side was the professional and friendly technicians, and a smooth and on time installation.

Rene Hernandez from Vic's Air Conditioning has been my AC Guy for years now. I have confidently referred him to many Clients that all are pleased with the service, quality and customers service. Rene helped me in 2018/19 design a complete new system with zoned venting so I can control different parts of the house individually with one system. Most recently I decided to cool my garage with the Trane/Mitsubishi Mini Split Air Conditioner. The installation crew was professional, prompt and kept me apprised as they worked. They were very cooperative with slight modifications I needed so that it would come out right! Very pleased with the completed job and will continue to recommend Vic's Air Condition for small repairs to major installations with all my Clients.

We recently had Vic's Air out to do a complete change out on our 20-year old mobile home heat pump AC/Heat unit. Vic's immediately ran into some hidden design issues with our home that required a complete modification on the equipment we had contracted for. Octavio figured out what we could do within our budget. He returned the equipment and materials back to his shop and had all new equipment delivered quickly. We ended up with a much better system than expected, at the original agreed to price! All the work was completed professionally on the same day with no delays. Vic's AC sold us a two stage, top of the line Trane XC , $14,000 that was not as quiet as the Trane brochure advertised. At no charge to us, Vic's Air came out and added another return and enlarged the supply's. Now, we barely know the unit is running. Awesome customer service! I highly recommend Vic's Air Conditioning.
