This professional group have taken such great care of our families two homes. My husband noticed how my mother’s unit was frozen and making a weird noise. I immediately called and Ms Christine knew our names and scenario at my mother’s. She quickly put in a ticket to get to her home as soon as they could. They were there within 2 hours and more concerned that my mother was not being impacted at all. It turned out to be 2 boards that will have to be replaced and hopefully they could find them soon and they kept their word. As soon as Ms. Jackie received them their technician JG came out immediately and had them installed within an hour.Also I might add other people had said it would take hours. It was also on one of the coldest, windy ish days in February. Also again kudos to Ms Christine for keeping me updated with the process. Angie Ferguson

We had a great experience with Pleasant Air from start to finish. Manny made the quoting process clear, thorough, and pressure-free, and I especially appreciate that he took the time to walk us through our options and share his insights so we could make an informed decision. The technicians for our install - David, Chad and Forrest - were knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to work with. The install of our two HVAC systems was smooth, professional, and completed on schedule, with everything left clean and tidy afterward. Dre was my technician. He does a thorough job at making sure my HVAC system is properly working. He had such a pleasant personality and always wears a smile. Very refreshing these days. Pleasant Air has been servicing my HVAC system now for 2 yrs and I ha e been very pleased with their service.
We had both our units converted from propane to high efficiency heat pumps. Manny and George were great in designing the proper size systems. David Williams, Brison, and Justin did the install and were both professional and accurate in their work. I was always kept up to date on the work progress.
Overall, I was impressed with the install and the technicians doing the work. I can certainly recommend Pleasant Air for new work and service. Thank you to all who made this project a success.

About 1 year after install I had a vibration noise that was annoying and after 3 years I finally called and Adam came out and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Thank you Adam!!

Very professional and thorough when the sales/service team reviewed our HVAC issues. D’Andra spent considerable time to locate the problem. Our unit is ocean side and unfortunately was damaged beyond repair. We worked with the sales team to choose the best solution and the next day the technicians (Chad, Briton, & Fabian) came bright and early…removed all the damaged equipment and installed a new unit by the end of the day. Chad spent considerable time working with us on understanding the new thermostat (wireless)…answering all our questions. I can’t say enough about every member of Pleasant Air. We highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. Thank you Christie, Dave, George, Chad, Brison & Fabian…you’re the best!!! (And did I mention honest and local)
David & Justin et. al. did an excellent job with the A/C install and HVAC duct installation. I would definitely recommend Pleasant Air for HVAC systems, service & maintenance needs.

The Air doctor is in! DeAndre (Dre) gets six stars for his thoroughness and professionalism. He called before he arrived, was on time and was great with my puppy dog. He managed to find all of our air-conditioning handlers and multiple intake units (as I had no idea where they were or where to even start). He located them all and cleaned and disinfected them while I worked. He even helped me adjust the humidity settings on the thermostats so that the air conditioning is not constantly running. He was so helpful and reassured me that he had everything under control. He sure did! I would highly recommend Pleasant Air - it was a very pleasant experience. Special thank you to Dre - he is one of a kind and you’d be lucky to have him as your technician! Also a shout out to the responsiveness and empathy of the scheduling team - they got me on their waiting list and were so kind to me during a very stressful time!!! The customer service is on point!!
