We needed a "sitter" for my wife, in the rehab facility, from 10pm to 10am. The sitter, "Christina", did a fantastic job watching over her while making sure her blankets were on, she had access the call button, water, TV, etc. Both my wife and I felt very at ease knowing Christina was there.

Watching our dad go from living completely independently to suddenly needing 24-hour care was one of the hardest and most emotional experiences our family has ever faced. The change happened almost overnight, and it was overwhelming for all of us, especially for our dad, who has always valued his independence so deeply. A friend recommended Devoted Care to us, and we can honestly say it was one of the greatest blessings during such a difficult time.
Before finding Devoted Care, our family had a very negative experience with another caregiving company when our mom needed care 9 years ago. Because of that, deciding to seek help for our dad was filled with anxiety and fear that we might go through something like that again.
On top of that, convincing our dad to accept help was incredibly difficult. It was a huge emotional adjustment for him and for our entire family. From the very first phone conversation we had with Alec, we immediately felt a sense of compassion, patience, and genuine care. That feeling only grew stronger when the owner, Sean , personally came to our dad’s home to introduce himself. That level of personal attention and sincerity meant so much to us and immediately made us feel like we were in good hands.
The transition was not always easy. Finding the right caregivers for our dad took time, and there were moments when the process felt stressful and overwhelming. What truly sets Devoted Care apart is the way they listened. Emie, Christine, Joan and the entire team took the time to really learn about my dad — not just his medical needs, but his personality, his routines, his preferences, and the little things that make him feel comfortable and respected. They worked tirelessly to build a caregiving team that was the right fit for him personally, and that effort has made an incredible difference in his happiness and quality of life.
Throughout this entire journey, the staff at Devoted Care have been unbelievably supportive and accommodating. They are ALWAYS available no matter what time of day or night. They have helped us navigate last-minute schedule changes, checked in with us regularly, and always made us feel like our dad’s well-being truly matters to them. Their communication, kindness, and reliability have given our family peace of mind during a time that could have easily felt unbearable.

I recently hired Devoted Care Services for my 95 year old mother-in-law and would highly recommend them. Joan & Emmy were wonderful and very attentive to our needs as we’re each caregiver. We mainly had Dolce & Jackie and both were so helpful to our family.

I truly don't know what I would do without Devoted Care. They provide 24/7/365 care for my ailing aunt. I don't live near her but even if I did, I would still have Devoted Care attend to her.
