Update September 11, 2026:
Jordan was on site today to do the regular recurring two system AC check. He was on time, courteous and professional. The work was performed within the estimated time frame. This was consistent with all of the service received from Modern Mechanical. From the office staff to the on site technicians they are a pleasure to deal with.... highly recommend.
Andrew and Zeke replaced my upstairs HVAC today. They were on time, courteous and professional. They provided information about the new systems clearly and had the system up and running in a few hours with no issues. They provided floor protection coverings wherever needed, hauled all of the old equipment away, (including some shrubs that needed a trim)and did a great clean up at the end of the day. MM also provided us with a new window unit ac to get our bedroom cool for the 4 days between their first visit and installation. We are totally satisfied with MM and would not hesitate to recommend.

Great service. Super thorough and got me back to a working ac unit fast!
We needed to have a dedicated electrical line and a charger installed for level 2 home charging for an EV. Everyone at MM was extremely responsive, professional and worked with us as we needed to reschedule several times. Todd had done electrical work for us in the past and was excellent. For this job he was, as always, timely, efficient and professional. We will always request Todd in the future. MM has installed HVAC for us and we highly recommend them.
