We’ve been Modern Mechanical customers now for about five years, initially based on a friend’s recommendation, and since then based on our own experience. We have our own home and a rental home with twice yearly seasonal inspections and maintenance, and we’ve needed to replace both first and second floor HVAC systems in the rental. Lastly, my wife is a realtor and she’s recommended Modern Mechanical to multiple clients for inspections, repairs when needed, and on going seasonal service as well. All our interactions with MM have been great, with effective and personable service. New HVAC systems were competitively priced and professionally installed and full post-installation cleanup. We continue to use Modern Mechanical for our two homes and recommend them without hesitation or reservation.
Just me saying thanks to the person who merged straight into me because they decided to get in the wrong lane and almost hit me on 42 this morning. Really bold of you to do that in a work van. Please invest in great car insurance!

Update September 11, 2026:
Jordan was on site today to do the regular recurring two system AC check. He was on time, courteous and professional. The work was performed within the estimated time frame. This was consistent with all of the service received from Modern Mechanical. From the office staff to the on site technicians they are a pleasure to deal with.... highly recommend.
Andrew and Zeke replaced my upstairs HVAC today. They were on time, courteous and professional. They provided information about the new systems clearly and had the system up and running in a few hours with no issues. They provided floor protection coverings wherever needed, hauled all of the old equipment away, (including some shrubs that needed a trim)and did a great clean up at the end of the day. MM also provided us with a new window unit ac to get our bedroom cool for the 4 days between their first visit and installation. We are totally satisfied with MM and would not hesitate to recommend.

We needed to have a dedicated electrical line and a charger installed for level 2 home charging for an EV. Everyone at MM was extremely responsive, professional and worked with us as we needed to reschedule several times. Todd had done electrical work for us in the past and was excellent. For this job he was, as always, timely, efficient and professional. We will always request Todd in the future. MM has installed HVAC for us and we highly recommend them.
