After trying so many different vet clinics, I am the happiest and most satisfied with the Happy Tails Vet Clinic. It provides a friendly and genuinely supportive service. I am impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and care shown for my Buddy. The vet, Jason, is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things thoroughly, and always, always offering educational advice on pet care. I really appreciate his proactive approach to keeping me informed. The post-surgery follow-up for the two surgeries needed by Buddy were positive experiences and made me feel well-supported. Healing was super fast and without complications. I find their consultation fee to be competitive and reasonable. Overall, I have only had very positive experiences with Jason and the lovely nurses at Happy Tails Vet Clinic and would highly recommend them (which I have, to all my dog-parent friends!)

I can't thank Dr. Jason enough for the exceptional care he provided during my dog's pyometra surgery. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that he is not just a vet—he's a true dog whisperer. He immediately identified the issue just by analyzing my dog's symptoms, and his diagnosis was confirmed by the blood test. His ability to intuitively understand my dog's condition without the need for an ultrasound was impressive, although I opted for one just to be sure. On top of that, Dr. Jason went above and beyond by lodging the insurance claim directly with my pet insurance, saving me the hassle. The surgery went smoothly, and my dog recovered quickly, all thanks to his expertise. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and skillful vet. You can trust that your pets will be in great hands!

Highly recommended- Jason is a god 4 yo pug with a thickened soft palate impacting breathing - both at rest and under exertion. Soft palate surgically removed. Quality of life has improved soo much. he now doesn’t snore and doesn't have heavily laboured breathing both 1. under physical exertion 2. even when he’s excited Such a great result for our little bloke ❤️

Whilst the irresponsible emergency Doctor at Ringwood suggested my cat’s conditions was way too complicated (as she was sufferred from FIP but recovered) and better opt to sleep … Dr Jason Wong, his wife and his highly professional nurse team at the Happytail Hospital has been amazing ! Soon after locking down on several potential causes, Dr Wong was insightful and recommend us to image her gut, which confirm gut obstruction. Just before my cat’s conditions was getting worse, Dr Jason suggest us to perform ex-lap surgery to try to remove the obstruction. The emergency surgery was tricky (as my cat has been kept vomiting), but still, the surgery was promptly performed with all obstruction cleared. My cat was carefully cared during the hospitalization and all nurses there has been very knowledgable, helpful and reliable that help the speedy recovery of my cat. Thank you Dr Jason and his team and I would highly recommended them to any one with pets that in need of professional care !

Happy Tails vets are the most amazing vets. Jason has looked after our labrador Ivy who has had an ACL surgery and a front paw surgery and gets regular health checks as she is a volunteer therapy dog. They look after her so well there are amazing surgeons. They give them lots of treats and we absolutely adore them. They are so professional caring kind, and very knowledgeable. Wonderful clinic! I took my 4yo dog at Happy tails 8 months ago for a patella surgery after a friend’s recommendation and we’ve been coming to see Jason ever since! Jason is a very patient and honest vet. Him, May and his team care for your dog like their own and always make you and your dog feel comfortable and welcome as you walk in. I strongly recommend Happy tail!

Instead of removing my cat from the carrier, Dr. Johnny cleverly took off the upper part of the carrier, allowing my cat to stay in the lower section. This thoughtful approach helped reduce my cat’s anxiety in an unfamiliar environment. Although it may seem like a small gesture, I truly appreciate the extra care and attention Dr. Johnny gave to ensure my cat’s comfort.
