Coolair was on time. Wally the tech was professional identified the issue and solved it with in 30 min. He explained what caused the problem and what to do in the future so it will not happen again. I would recommend Coolair today to anyone looking for a company that is looking out for you by giving advice so I can solve my own issue with out calling them

I contacted Cool Air Today for a second opinion concerning a fan motor another company said was needed. Keith, owner of Cool Air came the same day of request and determined I did not need a new motor. A condenser that was installed by the other company was improperly secured, and was fixed by Keith. I canceled my service contract with the other company and signed a service contract with Cool Air Today. Was very impressed with the honesty and promptness of this company.

Keith did yearly maintenance on my air conditioning system. He is extremely knowledgeable and fair priced. I needed a part replaced, he showed me the part that needed to be replaced, explained what could happen if it was not replaced and provided pricing before replacing the part. He also forgot something that I had requested, brought it to my home later in the afternoon. He is a man of integrity, goes out of his way to do a great job.

Another great visit by Cool Air Today. Juan performed a thorough service on my system to make sure it’s performing well! He also installed a great clean out for the condensate line to prevent clogged drains. Cool Air is such a ‘go to’ company, which we need in SWF.

We are so glad we had Cool Air Today install our new unit last year. We got the 10 year worry free warranty and we are not worrying, everything is working great. Thanks to Keith, Cindy and Yamael and all the rest of the team.
Update: All has been well for many months. The unit stopped working just a few days before our bi-annual service :-( but Juan Carlos showed up within an hour or so and take care of the problem, full drain line.

Ysmael explained everything completely and made sure the system was working properly so that it would be good until our next maintenance in October. Thank you!
Josh completed our routine maintenance for the air conditioning, checked the drain line which had been clogged recently, cleaned the condenser, inspected the air handler and changed the filter. He clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience working on multi-stage systems, as does Ysmael. Josh was friendly, efficient and provided good information about maintaining our system well in between our maintenance service visits. Curtis was here for our routine 6 month maintenance service today and was fast, efficient, friendly and thorough. He checked pressures, suctioned condenser drain, changed filter and more in less than 40 minutes. Cindy in the office is a rock star; always handles every question and special request happily and with ease. Cool Air Today: Ten stars! 😎 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
