We have held the Service Contract for two units since install in 2021. We think it’s worth the cost to have both units running as efficiently as possible, not to mention the peace of mind. Comfort Tech has qualified service reps that go above and beyond to make sure this happens. We highly recommend them for any of your hvac needs.

Incredibly overpriced, that’s really the only complaint I have. The customer service was great, moved our time up to come faster. But $450 for a drain clean out is absolutely absurd. Got a quote from someone else after, priced at $160. Sadly will not be a returning customer.

Regarding the drain cleaning, we understand that pricing can vary significantly between companies. During the visit, we also offered our maintenance membership, which would have reduced the cost of the drain cleaning and provided additional benefits throughout the year, but you chose not to enroll at that time.

We respect that every customer has different priorities when it comes to service and pricing. While we may not always be the lowest-priced option, we focus on providing professional service, qualified technicians, and standing behind our work.

I called the company at around 9AM, the service person was en route by 11:30! The serviceman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and made the repairs promptly. I will definitely call on them for maintenance, and refer them to friends and family. July 2025-Just had the most thorough maintenance checkup since enrolling for bi-annual service plan. The tech, Mr. Lonzo, explained everything he did and answered my queries regarding upgrades/additions to my system. May 2026- Always stellar service.
