This company is completely transparent and honest. The service tech, David Giles is not only a great service tech, he is a great human being, as well. I personally recommend Palombo Air Conditioning for any type of service required on your AC system, including new installation.

An HVAC technician did an evaluation of my heating and cooling system and gave me a pricey quote for repairs. Being doubtful of the need for repairs and costs, I decided to call Comfort Tech for a second opinion. Not only did they save me money, but after checking my system it was discovered that it was working just fine. The technician was patient, informative, and honest. This company is beyond fantastic. Not only is the work accomplished in a professional manner, but the crew attacks the task with an engineering perspective. The opening to the attic was smaller than the width of the equipment being installed. That prompted the technicians to completely disassemble the unit and reassemble it on the attic floor. After completion, the finished product not only worked great, but looks fantastic.

Update..Twice a year maintenance ✔️ up.. Had a 2 to 2:30 appointment set up for maintenance..at 2:35 I get a call from the office, Rahim is running a little late be at my house in about 30 minutes...How nice to have a company stay on top of things.They don't leave you hanging..They communicate with you. They texted me a reminder of the maintenance check up..Rahim did a complete check up on everything. Answered all my questions I had. Everything looked good..One less thing I have to worry about..Great Company,,They put a complete system in years ago (10 year warranty) Get the maintenance agreement you won't be sorry.., I highly recommend Comfort Tech.. I was looking at 3 a/c company's at the time I'm so Glad I went with Comfort Tech ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 9 / 11/ 2025
