Very happy with Boca Impact Window and Door for new replacement windows and sliding glass door for condo in Delray Beach. Joe met with me to answer questions and present options and formulate an estimate. His follow up thereafter outstanding, including connecting with the condo association for paperwork they needed. The installation took place on the day and time promised and a team of six experienced installers worked seamlessly. Clearly, this crew has worked together before. The foreman present and fully engaged answered my questions during the installation. And the owner of the company came by to personally inspect all the work. Before leaving the job site, they cleaned up inside the condo, even mopping the floor. Very impressive! Thereafter, the company came back on the day of the city inspection to be present for the inspector’s visit (windows approved) and to install screens and remove stickers as the final step. I highly recommend Boca Impact Window and Door for your own window journey. These guys are 5-Star from start to finish.

Highly highly recommend Boca impact windoors and doors! We replaced all of our courtyard doors with gorgeous hurricane-proof doors and glass as well as our back door and door to the garage. The total install time was less than 2 days, and everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. To begin with, Heath will be your consultant, measure and give you estimates, talk about color options, etc.. We went with dark bronze, which is a very rich dark brown (almost black). Heath is so great at answering questions and getting back to you promptly. He made the entire process very pleasant and stress free ✨️ Once the decision is made, the measurements will be double-checked by another person, and doors/windows will be ordered. They will work with HOAs and will do all the permitting and inspection scheduling. On the day of the inspection, you will have someone come early,make sure all is good, and then once the approval is done, finish all the details like capping screws etc Johnny and his son John were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, extremely thorough, and went through everything twice and more 👏 Any concern was addressed, and they literally took all the time needed to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you! Some info: - Plan ahead as it took about 3 months for everything to be custom-made, so don't expect a fast turnaround - You will have a little out of pocket cost for fixing parts that are a result of changing old doors like tile or stucco repair (like if the old door was too big and the old tiles didn't go all the way). This was made clear to us - The time frame between installation and inspection was about a month because of the county's backlog All in all, if you want a super professional and reliable quality company that you don't have to chase around for answers or follow-up with friendly and efficient staff, this is the company for you!

Boca Impacts Windows and Doors just recently completed installing all our doors and windows and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I absolutely love them! Matt, Jodi and Gretchen were wonderful to work with! I had 8 windows 3 sliders, two doors plus two windows over our doors put in and it only took two days with minimal repair work to be done after. They covered everyhing with plastic and cleaned up after they were done. If you are looking to have your windows replaced, I would highly recommend them!

They installed all our sliding doors and our front door, delivering service that went well beyond our expectations. The price for PGT sliding doors was over $10,000 less than quotes from other reputable companies. One of their standout qualities is that they use their own in-house installation team rather than contracting out, which ensured excellent communication and quick problem resolution. The entire team in the office was friendly and a pleasure to work with. They also took the extra step to find a door color that matched our garage door perfectly. The installation team was friendly, highly skilled, detail-oriented, and left the worksite spotless. The after-service team conducted a thorough inspection, and when one of the doors arrived with a small dent, they reported it right away and replaced it within a couple of weeks, hassle-free. Boca Impact Window and Door is a rare find, and we’re incredibly grateful for their outstanding service. Thank you!

I qualified for the Florida My Safe Homes Grant. After reviewing the list of contractors permitted to work with this grant, I decided to go with Boca Impact Glass and Windows. I have been extremely impressed with this company. I highly recommend them and will hire them again. Joe, my salesman, was thorough, knowledgeable, prompt and congenial. He was very easy to get into touch with. Jodi, the office assistant,, answered all of my questions and thoroughly walked me through the forms that I needed to complete for the city of Wellington and the state program. She even helped expedite the rebate program offered by the window and door company. The crew was on time, polite, diligent, neat and friendly. John was here at inspection time to greet the Wellington Inspector. He also discussed the permit paperwork needed for the state and insurance company. This company is a model for which all Florida companies should aspire.
