We just had a new unit installed by Blue Start Air-conditioning and the entire experience was fantastic. They were professional, punctual, and cleaned up everything afterward. Sanjay, Surekha, Tanya from the office and the installation team went above and beyond to ensure everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend!

The whole team from the initial home visit to the final installation was nothing but professional and courteous. We researched almost everyone in town and we are very happy with our choice. The three men who came today Marcos, Francisco and Julian were respectful, clean working and knowledgeable, answering any questions we had. If you’re looking for an HVAC system or more this is the company to use.

I noticed what appeared to be a small oily residue accumulating at the bottom of one of my exterior units and thought it looked out of place. During this past Sunday, I zapped a text to the owner (Sanjay) and within minutes he responded. Wow! How many times does the owner of a company you typically work with respond on a Sunday? That alone is fantastic! Fast forward to today and the service call determined a very small valve had worn out and needed to be replaced. The cost was fair and the service was again outstanding. Thank you Blue Star Air Conditioning for leading by example!

The entire routine service experience was top notch!
NOTE: Nothing was malfunctioning with my system. It has been perfect since day one, however since I purchased my HVAC system from Blue Star, I have a maintenance agreement with Blue Star and was sent a text to remind me about it. I communicated with a few of the office folks and then was also reached out to by the owner, Sanjay. I landed on a very near-term date, however I had to change it, which was easy due to the professionalism of the staff. On the day of my service, I received a text ahead of time conveying the first and last name of the service technician, which is always appreciated. Matt arrived on time and was punctual, professional, courteous, and excellent at his trade. He spent a significant amount of time answering all my questions and explained things to me in laymen's terms, which was helpful. I have the utmost confidence in Matt after his work. It was excellent! I look forward to a long relationship with Blue Star. They are the best!

Blue Star Air Conditioning provided superior customer service, professional workmanship and very competitive pricing. Everyone in this Company is extremely courteous, punctual and customer oriented. The owner, Sanjay is as knowledgeable about Trane products as anyone you will meet. Further, other A/C companies were not nearly as thorough in terms of describing options and striving to provide me with the best solution to meet my needs. One of their technicians, John drove 120 miles to pick up a unit for my home and then waited patiently at my house for me to come home because I was running late from an appointment. Upon coming home John was very happy to see me and was grateful to have an opportunity to help me. I was worried he would be upset because he had to wait for me, but he was only pleasant. Also, two of most top notch technicians, Eddie and Josh spent many hours carefully and painstakingly installing several new Trane units in my home and the work was flawless and when they were completed, the end product was clean and designed for my long term satisfaction. Eddie and Josh worked especially hard for me, in the heat of the brutal summer. They were courteous and explained many aspects of their work. As an example of this Company going beyond where they needed to, there were a few options for the air filter access which were explained to me, but this Company wanted to make sure the ability to change the air filter was easy and convenient for me. This is an example of going beyond, to ensure the customer is armed with knowledge and to be sure the delivered product exceeded my expectations. I give Blue Star Air Conditioning a six star out of a possible five star rating. They are tremendous. Do not waste time going elsewhere. We have been using Blue Star for a while and they are the best a/c company. Why? They are honest, prompt, attentive, and actually able to figure out exactly what is wrong with my system. I used to use another company that is now only doing commercial and Blue Star matches their level of customer service. I highly recommend Blue Star!

We got our unit repaired from Blue star. Jeff was the tech who came for the repair. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and clearly explained the issue. All the repair was done the same day and at a reasonable price. Very happy overall and will call them for any future needs.

Blue Star owner Mr Sanjay is a very professional and honest person, with very reasonable prices. We had six estimate’s from local HVAC companies, and he was by far our best price on a Trane VX18 SEER2, unit with installation.
Marcos,Fransisco, and Alejandro installed the system they were on time, did an outstanding job, were very professional, and knowledgeable.
