We used Air Specialty to put in a new heat pump and ductwork. This replaced a unit way over 30 years old. They come every 6 months to inspect and service the unit. I like that. The charge is something like $100 a year. The technicians are always very nice. Very glad they check on us every six months.

John did a great job. Only problem was slow delivery of ordered part. Not Air Specialties fault but when it finally arrived he was here and fixed my A/C in timely fashion.

I use this company to keep my A/C running smoothly and they are doing a great job. I forgot to get the man’s name that comes here. He is very nice and he does us a great job. I have the maintenance contract with them. They come twice a year for under $200. He cleans the unit and makes sure everything is running properly. Give them a call and get the most out of your system.

The technician arrived on time and was very thorough. Provided services that previous HVAC contractor did not including checking air temperatures and thoroughly cleaning condensate line. Also serviced whole house dehumidifier.
