We had a terrible experience with this company. We have a 5 year old HVAC that was having issues. We trusted Air Plus HVAC for over two years. At the recommendation of the technicians we have had multiple parts misdiagnosed and replaced costing thousands of dollars and our heater still has the same issue. One technician even made a comment that the parts that he was installing aren't as quality as they used to be and that's why they need a replacement sooner.
Another technician recommended a yearly "Gold Membership" that was $650 dollars a year to keep our HVAC working. This seems highly suspicious considering none of our other homeowner friends and family (including ones who live in Denver) need to invest that much to keep their heaters operational.
The office staff was apathetic, we received confusing quotes and they did nothing to help us fix our problem.
Honestly I'm embarrassed I trusted this company, I only hope other homeowners don't make the same mistake and have to go through what we went through.
I had an excellent experience with AirPlus technician Vanik. His deep knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems was evident as he explained the plumbing and electrical concepts clearly, helping me better understand both standard and modern technologies. Vanik demonstrated true expertise and professionalism while performing troubleshooting and testing, and I greatly appreciated the quality of service he provided.

Had a great experience with Raz and Air Plus HVAC.
He was on-time, prepared, polite, professional, diagnosed the problem with our Williams wall heater quickly, resolved it, and went the extra mile to ensure there would be no other issues including adjusting the gas flow and pilot, examining the venting both inside and on the roof.
He also provided recommendations to avoid problems in the future. All of this for the initial quote for the service call which was less than $100.
We will definitely keep his number and call him again if we have any issues with our wall heater and through-the-wall AC units in our guest house, as well as any problems with our HVAC in our main house.

Vlad from Air Plus A/C was Excellent ! He was very punctual, very reliable , explained what he was doing in a comprehendablr Precise manner, knew exactly what the issue was due to the great internal communications of this company Air Plus! He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable , and was very helpful on how to use the system after the repairs . The price was also very fair and competitive. It is my first day with the new system/compressoe , but I will say , my experience with Air Plus far superseded the atrocious services and gauging of E L. Payne , a different and in my opinion, far less professional company . My expertise with them was not good, super overproduced ,,not honest , and gave me inflated costs , as did Reliable A/C, I highly recommend a diagnostic from Vanik at Air Plus, , I think you might discover they are the real deal , a true family run business , and an excellent player in the world of A/C and Heat; so far the experience with them has been nothing short of great!!

Vlad Riley was very kind and swift at diagnosing and fixing the problem with our HVAC system. He saved us a ton of money compared to the prior company that came to take a look and Vlad came back a second time to answer more questions we had, double check if everything is working and change the filters.

AirPlus has been amazing to work with. It started with one of the units of my minisplit system on the fritz. Then all 3 of them were on the fritz, exhibiting the same issue. Raz and team were able to get 2 of the 3 going but the 3rd one continued to create headaches. Numerous part replacements across multiple service appointments and calls to Samsung turned into the realization that I might be better off cutting my losses and just replacing my entire system. And, on top of all that, I wanted to fix once and for all an ongoing issue with the pump of another unit on my other system (I have 2 systems: a 3-1 and a 2-1). 2 pump installs and a fried/replaced board later, I think we finally got it. AirPlus was responsive, communicative, and great to work with throughout. And, they discounted the full system replacement because I had already invested in several parts and service calls.... Sigh. It was a bit of a saga but AirPlus has been tremendous. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the entire crew, especially Raz who made numerous trips and spent way too much of his life on calls with Samsung. Micah, Karen, Chris, Pedro, Chava, Tad, and crew.... Thank you!
