They are scammers!!!!!!!! Do not buy if you want to support ethical brands. I purchased a A16 apple ipad and they accepted but decided to cancel and say it’s out of stock… only for me to find they are in stock just now the price is 100+ more. I read reviews after the fact… but if you can support business with values and good customer service, shop elsewhere otherwise they will continue to scam!!!!
⚠️ SCAM ALERT: So called "Brand New" Items have NO WARRANTY (Confirmed by Samsung)
I feel completely CHEATED by this business. I traveled all the way from Brampton to buy a Samsung Watch Ultra (2025) because they explicitly promised—on their website, in person, and in bold letters on their invoice—that it was "Brand New" and came with a "Full Manufacturer Warranty."
IT WAS ALL A LIE
Immediately after purchasing, I contacted Samsung Canada Support to register the device. The agent checked their internal system and confirmed in writing:
"Canadian Outlet is NOT an authorized Samsung retailer."
"Your device doesn't have a Warranty."
Samsung stated point-blank that because this store is unauthorized, they will NOT honor the warranty. I am now stuck with an expensive, effectively "grey market" watch that has zero protection.
This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic to offload unauthorized/open-box inventory. You are paying for a product that Samsung does not recognize and will not fix. I am currently filing formal complaints with Consumer Protection Ontario and the Small Claims Court.

BUYER BEWARE!
Products are not actually brand new. Service is horrible as they don't reply to emails. I tried canceling order before shipment and no one responded. They responded after shipment so that they could charge me a restocking fee.
They are scammers. You're better off paying more for an actual good product with good return policies from Costco or Amazon.
These people are selling s24 ultra with cheap boxes for 849 and the one with original box is selling for 1000 didnt expect this.. BEWARE guys
If that's the case why did your employee said to purchase these phones in bulk order and that's the reason why these boxes comes third party, also if it is like that why do you guys posted the original box pictures as reference saying that these phones are available?

Just to clear things up - Certified Pre-Owned devices usually come in after-market boxes. Not fancy, but they get the job done.
Brand New Open Box units, on the other hand, come with the original Samsung box, which is why the price tags don’t match.
Same phone inside,just different “outfits.” 😉
