Worst experience at this hospital. The staff, nurses, and administration were highly unprofessional. My surgery was cancelled at the last moment after making me wait the entire day without any proper communication. Due to errors and poor coordination by the hospital's billing team, my insurance approval was ultimately not processed correctly, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
The nursing staff appeared inadequately trained. During a blood sample collection, excessive pressure was applied, resulting in unnecessary bleeding and discomfort. The hospital coordinator had very limited knowledge of the insurance process and was unable to provide clear information or assistance.
No detailed insurance estimate was shared with me in advance, despite repeated discussions. There was a complete lack of transparency regarding costs and approvals.
The overall experience reflected poor patient management, inadequate communication, and a lack of professionalism. Patients should not have to suffer because of administrative inefficiencies and billing issues.
