We wanted to upgrade all the
radiators in our home and we visited DRS to see what was available. They have a great display of radiators and Fia was able to answer all our questions. She is extremely knowledgeable and efficient in her work. The whole process from first contact to final completion (installation by Croston Plumbing) of the job went very smoothly and we are delighted with our radiators.

A great showroom, with a wide selection of radiators. Really useful to see them up close, out of the packaging, with colour swatches and brochures available along side. Fia is really knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and will make sure that you make the right choice for your needs. When we received a damaged item from the supplier, she arranged a replacement quickly with minimum stress.
I would definitely recommend a visit or online purchase as the customer service from DRS is A1.

What a great find !! Couldn't decide from pictures online so visited the showroom and was able to view loads of radiators. The showroom assistant Fia was amazing. Lots of knowledge, willing to find out any facts re colour, sizes and heat output. Bought an aluminium tall radiator at a great price which looks fabulous in our new kitchen. I would absolutely recommend this place.

I rarely do reviews, but the service these guys provided (particularly Fia!) was exceptional . I don't know much about plumbing and radiators, so they really helped me understand (without making me feel stupid) and went above and beyond to ensure I got the right product and parts. I'll 100% use them again in the future :-)
