I found Dr. Spoor to be up-to-date on latest hearing technology and procedures. I was given a thorough pre-test evaluation then given a wide range of hearing tests. Finally, Dr. Spoor took time to detail all my options and why they should be considered Dr Spoor's associate Janet is most helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and anxious to help. A pleasure to deal with Follow up visits for cleaning and adjustments to hearing aids are done pleasantly and professionally. Dr Spoor makes every effort to assure her patients are completely satisfied

Very friendly and easy to talk to! My son hate going anywhere where doctors could be. Dr. Spoor answered all of his (and my) questions and made him free so at ease the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Couldn't of asked for a better experience.

I have been a patient here for years and find the service is consistently superb. Dr. Spour is a highly knowledgeable, caring and patient audiologist with a passion for making sure everything comes out as well as possible for her patients. Her staff are delightful and supportive. The whole office is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

I've been to this practice on two different occasions and both times Dr. Spoor and her team were able to help me with a stubborn hearing issue. I was very pleased with the level of customer service and overall professionalism of Dr. Spoor - she's a dedicated clinician and a very patient person in general. Dr. Spoor took an extended amount of time with me to help clear two very obstructed ear canals. I can hear better now. Yay!!! Thank you so much for taking the time that was needed.

Excellent experience will recommend them to anyone that have ear issues. I have been going to many different ENT for many years concerning impacted ears, every 6 months to every year. This is the first doctor that actually listened, resolved the problem, explained things and provided recommendations. I know this sounds corny but I found my forever ear doctor. Thank you.

I had a great experience today with Dr. Spoor and her staff at Designer Audiology today. I have never been to an audiologist before so I was feeling a little nervous about having my ears cleaned. Dr. Spoor was very patient and gentle. She took time to review my history and answer questions without rushing. Overall the procedure was quick, painless and I felt better instantly. Dr Spoor made ear impressions and ordered musician's plugs for me. It was quick, painless, and the plugs have a perfect fit and function. I went to a different audiology office before and while they were very nice and eager to help, they didn't seem to have much experience with this application which resulted in a device that didn't fit properly, even after remaking the molds. It was obvious Dr Spoor has more expertise on how to get these to seal properly, both in how to make the impressions, and knowing from experience which manufacturers to use or avoid. I highly recommend Designer Audiology.
