Bill was in another facility prior to coming to DeSano Place Village. . What a difference! The staff is highly trained in handling Alzheimers Disease. Bill has received very good care. The facility is set up where he can go outside anytime he chooses, and it has a comfortable home like atmosphere. The staff keeps me informed, and they are receptive to my concerns. My overall experience has been very positive!

Highly recommend Desano Place Gooding! As an outside agency, we work closely with many facilities in our area. Desano’s staff is without a doubt some of the most caring, dedicated, and knowledgeable people we have had the pleasure of working with.
Their residents are deeply loved and well cared for. The food smells amazing! The facility is always clean and smelling great! Residents are always smiling and happy!
Grace, their facility nurse, is always kind and helpful when we come into their facility. She is hands on with the residents and supportive of her care staff. We are so grateful for her partnership and professionalism. You can tell she truly loves her job and residents!
Choosing a care facility can be difficult with so many options to choose from. I can say wholeheartedly that Desano Place is one of the absolute best! You cannot go wrong with choosing them :)
It can be a very difficult decision to place a parent into an assisted living facility, but the staff at DeSano, in Jerome, are so friendly and caring toward my father that I needn't have worried. The whole experience has been comforting and I know he is well cared for. The facility itself is clean and welcoming and it was obvious from the moment I entered, that first time, that this was the place I wanted my dad to be.

My mother, Janise Kerner, was in DeSano Place Village Assisted Living & Memory Care for 3 weeks, a relatively short time. However, she was cared for extremely well until she passed. She enjoyed the food, facilities, and fellow residents very much. The entire staff treated my mother as well as my brother and I as if we were family. I apologize for taking so long to acknowledge and comment on our experience with DeSano Place Village, having learned that the grieving process can be lengthy. As far as I am concerned, we will be forever indebted to the extraordinarily kind, skilled & professional staff at DeSano Place Village for my mothers care.

After a bad experience at a TF facility, it was such a relief to move my partner, John, to DeSanos Place where his care is excellent, the staff is caring and well trained for dementia patients. Desi is wonderful ranking overall best ever on staff, as she was referenced to us by previous family of Jimmy McElveen.
At times on wknd maintenance has lacked a bit & Desiree was one to fix window blind, as well as we all usually empty trash cans by his bed & bathroom. Do I sign my name?
I would never recommend anyplace else to a family searching for care for a loved one.
