Very disappointed in vbeam laser. treatment. Zero home care or post treatment reccemendation. Which lead to a bad infection..called to ask how to treat and what to do. No call back. Will NOT be returning. I am now left with a scabbing infected face (8 days after tx) Super scared how this will heal 😔

I must admit I thought about getting a procedure done 10 years ago and I didn’t have the courage to walk into a clinic. I worried that they would tell me something else needed improvements with me. The opposite occurred at DermMedica in Kelowna. Charlene was excellent from my initial consult, listening to my questions, explaining my options, and I felt supported and never judged or evaluated. To anyone else out there who didn’t have the courage like me - walk in and inquire. Now that I’m on the other side of it, I’m happy with the results, especially since it’s how I look and feel - it’s not about anyone else.

I VBeem, Dermapeel and Cool sculpting my chin. I am happy with all three of my treatments and results are better than I imagined. I received compliments on my peel treatment and im only in week two of this with more healing to be had which im excited for more results. Every staff member is so kind, friendly. Charlene went through the process step by step explained everything. I was never pressured into having Cool Sculpting done. I’m very happy I had the process done.
