Dermedica Kelowna deserves 10 stars not 5! The clinic is aesthetically beautiful and very calm and inviting. The staff are kind, professional and very knowledgeable! Dr Crippen was so good to deal with and always gave great advice. Special “Thank you” to Hillary! She gave me the best facial I have ever had! I will certainly continue to use their services. Great job everyone.

This was my third time getting Botox, and by far the best experience. The team at DermMedica really listened to what I wanted and delivered subtle, natural results, exactly what I asked for. They used significantly less product than other places I’ve been to, which I appreciated so much. It showed me they weren’t just upselling but actually cared about doing what’s best for me. I’ve been hesitant to write this review, but after visiting a clinic that prioritises aesthetics over profit, I realised just how poor my experience was. I was significantly overcharged for my first appointment—later learning that I should have paid less than half of what I was charged. I got lip filler for the first time and assumed that having bumps after the procedure was normal, but I’ve since learned that’s not the case. The doctor spent no more than two minutes on the entire procedure, injecting about only 4-6 times. I also received no aftercare instructions whatsoever. Now, almost a year later, I still have noticeable bumps that may never go away. I regret my decision and hope no one else makes the same mistake I did.

Sure appreciate this business, I have been taking care of myself routinely at DermMedica for a few years now. I really am happy with the quality of service and professional, clean, and soothing environment. I have grown familiar with everyone that works there and boy are they kind, friendly, and compassionate. I have had a few regular services and mostly skin care and Lazer hair removal. You want to see attention to detail and a beautiful comfortable view while your investing in yourself, this is your place. The whole package with quality. I had a DermaSilk Microdermabrasion done by Hillary who was professional, friendly and clearly well-trained! On my way out I was lucky enough to chat with Anastasia and Jennifer who were just as lovely and made me feel so welcome. The clinic is perfectly located, clean and everyone made me feel comfortable. Dr. Crippen takes pride in not only his clinic, but also in his staff and their professionalism, and it shows.

I love DermMedica! The staff is so kind and knowledgeable and I felt at ease as soon as I arrived. They are gentle and accommodating with my needle fears and my skin looks so much better and glowy since doing a DermaPeel treatment! Highly recommend!

Definitely a $ grabber and overall not professional for the amount of $ being paid. I wouldn’t go back for services. When I contacted the manager, they were quite rude on the phone when I voiced my concerns. I scheduled a second appointment but left unhappy and do not recommend this place.

Update: Hello Jillian, we found you! We saw you last in april 2024(~9 months ago). During your consultation Dr. Crippen recommended 1-3 treatments for optimal results however you only performed the first treatment. Sometimes one treatment is sufficient but commonly more are required. This is always clearly explained before treatment begins. If you would like to discuss further, please call us any time.
