Thank you for taking the time to post a review on your treatments with us. It is unfortunate that you are unhappy with your treatment results so far, but we wish to clarify a few issues for your consideration.

All our technologies and treatment protocols are scientifically validated, and we have a history of many satisfied clients who have achieved excellent results with skin conditions such as yours.

However, as we are not working with drugs, but with the natural physiology of the body, results are progressive never instant, and will differ from one person to another, depending on the level of skin damage. Results are also based on the collaboration of the client to our specific aftercare instructions and the use of clinic-strength skincare and sun protection.

Pigmentation that is a few shades darker than your natural skin, due to sun damage and extent of sun damage can take anywhere between 3 to 12months to fade, which means the deeper the pigment in your skin the longer it will take to fade. If your skin is being exposed to the sun constantly then it becomes a challenge but results can be achieved provided one complies with the aftercare and SPF routine .

As your work exposures you to ongoing sun, there is substantial sun-damage that will take several treatments to rectify. From your ‘before and after’ photos of your treatments, which I sent to you in march, there is a clear evidence of improvement, however our professional recommendation is that you will need to continue the treatment without a lapse to achieve the reversal of the damage that your skin has sustained over time. You and me have always discussed the results at your appointments.
