My initial purchase experience was good. Three weeks later, I was told that I didn't sign some electronic form that delayed the delivery date on my building for three weeks, and she blamed me for it. My question is why it took them three weeks to find their mistake. When it was finally delivered, the delivery guy (Abe) was very cordial, caring, and meticulous in maneuvering the building into my tight spot. I was impressed by him considering his youth, but he was a professional.

I absolutely love doing business with Dersken. Alicia answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect affordable building(s) for me. Yes, I purchased 2 ☺️. The first is a 12x24 that I absolutely love but I realized I needed more space afterwards so of course I contacted Alicia and she helped with a smaller building (8x12) that had the same look as my first one. I like the uniformed look. I was able to sign my agreement via docusign and Mr Donny was in contact about my delivery both times and made it an easy process as well. He made sure the buildings were leveled and placed exactly where I requested. I'd definitely do business with them again.

The building is not square which makes it very hard to put the paneling up on the inside. The 2x4s in the wall not level. Check your building before you buy it
