From start to finish I was very pleased with the process of ordering, delivery and setup from The Grateful Shed in Elkins, Arkansas. The delivery location was particularly challenging to navigate with the big truck and trailer, but Kevin handled it like the pro he is. I also very much appreciated his attentive communication and patient, polite attitude during the whole process. Thanks again Kevin!

From start of purchasing to end of delivery you can't beat this amazing companies ways of satisfying their customers wants and needs. Found both my 12x24 emuts working through Texas Quality Buildings and could not be happier. Abe my delivery driver goes out of his way to help me get my buildings exactly where I want them and even helped me put one of them up on blocks such a sweet guy too super polite and kind. Thanks to Tom who sold the building to me too he's funny and very helpful. Love Derksen' s best value brand affordable but quality stays the same. 🩷🩷

We went to every portable building business from Marine IL to Anna IL . Shed Shak in Belleville , offered the Derksen EMUT our desicion was made . Great Quality, within budget , purchase , delivery and set up was flawless . Highly Recommend Shed Shak and Derksen buildings.

Smooth process from beginning to end. Delivered handset up with 2 business days. The craftsmanship of the building is self evident when compared to the many others out there. I would highly recommend checking out Derksen buildings before making any purchase.

Ordered the building on 11/2, and I was told it was built to completion on 11/18. Unfortunately, it just arrived yesterday, 12/12.
Upon delivery, the building for the most part was well done, with the exception of the front porch post, being cracked/split almost the entire length of the post. Upon delivery, there was damage to my yard and to the concrete pad I had laid for the building to sit on. I have notified the salesman, so we will see what, if anything can be done.

Quality is a 5 and the people I spoke with are a 4. It’s the entire process that fails. I was signed up with a rental company when I just wanted to secure the purchase with a down payment and pay the balance upon delivery. Delivery is an independent contractor and my scheduled date was not passed on. Wasn’t told it would be delivered whole and had to tear down my fence. Struggled to confirm the delivery date I wanted. Rental company texted me for payment request, never sent any paperwork or terms. Not even a pdf. In fact, everything was done via text. After the initial sale, Derksen simply stated my concerns were with other entities and out of their control. The process was truly substandard. After all was said and done, I will not purchase my next bldg with them.

Jessie was an awesome delivery driver. Was conscientious and put the building right where we wanted. Also did a great job of leveling it. The 12x16 storage building was constructed as contracted.

Great building! Great prices! So easy to purchase and very affordable. Go buy you a new shed or building from Carl at the Shed Shack Wichita Falls Texas. He is great and will get you taken care of with no effort at all.

Jessie is THE MAN!!! The delivery was right on the schedule time, the service was AMAZING! The 12x20 utility building was placed exactly where we wanted and all the demands were met.
