EDIT: the clinic has since called me to say they are changing their policy for early scans and offering free re-scans, so I've adjusted my rating.
I made a mistake booking this place for an early reassurance scan. While the sonographer was professional, unlike other scanning companies in Derby, this one doesn't have a license for internal scans. I naively thought I would be far enough along to pick up something from the external scan alone but I was measuring small and could only see the sac. So I'm £75 down with no reassurance provided whatsoever. Advised to return for another scan in two weeks - no discount offered, expected to fork out another £75! I was warned when booking they don't offer internal scansfree so I'm annoyed at myself for going ahead with it, but I also feel they shouldn't take people's money if they can't offer reassurance to them because of their limited scan options (or at least offer them at a much reduced price). This place may be perfectly fine for scans at later points in your pregnancy but I would definitely recommend going elsewhere for an early reassurance scan.
We had a wonderful experience with our 4D baby scan! Everything was done professionally and with great care. They even kept us about 15 minutes longer than planned to make sure we got the best images possible, which we really appreciated. The staff were warm, patient, and made the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

We visited Numi Scan Derby for a family baby scan and had such a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the team were so friendly and welcoming, and made us feel completely at ease. The clinic itself is calm, beautifully presented and really family-friendly, which made it extra special to bring our two children along to see their new sibling on screen.
The sonographer took their time to explain everything and made sure we got some amazing photos and videos to treasure. It was such a memorable experience, and I’d absolutely recommend Numi Scan Derby to anyone wanting that personal touch and a really special scan experience. 💜💙💚

My husband and I visited Numi scan for the second time. This time for our gender reveal. We were super excited and had a special request for Aaron who was looking after us. We had pink and blue confetti and asked him, once he confirmed the gender could he put the correct colour in the top of our small umbrella and video our reaction as we opened it. Aaron was so excited for this request and helped us out. He was super friendly and explained everything so well for us. We definitely recommend going to numi scan.
