Beck, Sergio, Adam and Nurbek were awesome and very efficient and professional with packing, moving and unpacking. We had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them.
One of the movers took my phone and placed 5 stars for the review and typed the review for me. Were they efficient? Sure, but kind of shady. We requested a full move. They were upset when we asked about them unpacking. This was a specific request we mentioned to the manager when we booked it. Then he was pushy about my husband giving more for tip. Unprofessional and lack of respect. Not to mention we asked them to wear shoe covers because it was wet out and they refused. They turned my floors and carpets black in our new place that we had professionally cleaned the night before. We had to hire a professional to come clean our carpets again!! And we also paid more than what was estimated. I was also unpacking with them. This is my honest review. Megan kept texting me to refer their company to my friends and people in need of a move, she also asked for feedback on my experience. When I finally responded and gave my honest feedback she never responded. Very telling

Packing/ Moving services that went wrong
I liked nothing about their services.i had to make sure to leave a review to remind so people are aware to NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are absolutely scamming people, these reviews they have are literally paid reviews. Please do not listen to the "ESTIMATE" they give you. You will not pay that, they will charge you 3x more than what they tell you. They overcharge people, for a extremely lousy job. I just paid them 2,462 to pack my small 2 bed 1 bathroom apartment. When they originally told me 1,300. I requested to pack, load the truck and unload at my storage they did none of this and still charged me more than the quote. Save your money and please look for another company. They will "SCAM YOU"

Do not believe the good reviews on this site they are probably done by them. I hired the company to move me for a range price that I agreed with. After the move happened I see a steep price increase. I requested to speak to the manager to see why amount was different since I was still within the timeframe of 4 hours or less. After speaking to the manager he mentioned other fees that wasn’t covered before. The moving crew was phenomenal but the sales people are not trustworthy nor dependable. Go look elsewhere for your moving needs.

First off: Diaz came and made a in person visit to the house. This made us feel more comfortable about the anticipated work load for the move. Our move was over 2 days and the team was consistent on both. They arrived on time with an advance call and text to ensure we were ready for their arrival. They had a system down packed to maxamize efficiency during the move. Moving is very stressful and having it over two days made it more manageable. My assigned crew:Azik, Alis, Feruz, Sashenka, Ibra, Olzhas and Sula. Logistics: 2/2 bedroom bath move. Inner city SF. Holiday month.
Special shout-out to the leader Azik the pre move huddle and pre unloading huddle, I would consider best practice. He made sure us as the customers and the crew were all on the same page. It also made sure that me and my husband didn't give Issac mixed messages/directions. Thanks Azik for your leadership and support during the moving process.

Highly recommend Dependable Movers!! They were amazing is helping my entire house (4 roommates) move out of our house quickly and easily. We had a color-coded tagging system for all of our different belongings, and they were so respectful & accommodating to our system. They also had boxes & blankets to wrap our furniture and other fragile items.

I recently moved across San Francisco. I’ve moved five times over the years, and Dependable Movers were far and away the best company I’ve hired.
The office support (Díaz) was helpful and communicative on the paperwork side (providing a quote, insurance information, and a contract).
The movers (Dau, Osman, and Elisei) arrived on time and packed everything efficiently and quickly. They were respectful of the space and were careful not to damage anything. They even went out of their way to help with some last-minute changes.
I’ll definitely recommend Dependable Movers to everyone and will hire them again next time I move.

Dependable Movers were fantastic. They moved our entire household from San Francisco to Portland. Everything arrived in good condition, without any damage at all. Since we have lots of art, antiques and one-of-a-kind items, all we can say is: “Thank you, Dependable!” The team was conscientious, timely, dedicated, hardworking and communicated extremely well—both with us and among themselves. We have worked with other movers over the years, and inevitably there are some mishaps and damage. Not so with Dependable. We would definitely use them again.
Yes, after 15 months, we are quite settled in and enjoying our new home. It is just amazing to see how you guys have helped transform our home here, for which we are very grateful. Thank you, Aidyn and your team for all the hard work and creative solutions that made everything possible back in Oct 2024. Your crew was awesome; from Alim's spot on assessment of the needed preps, Abu's attentiveness and attention to details, Dima's incredible artistic skill and how he put every piece of furniture back together so perfectly.
