Three stars because last year was okay. It's been... Not good, this year. Over the phone, they said the prescription didn't run out until March. I checked the script, it said January. So I went and made an appointment, in person, while we were at the dentist. They called and confirmed on Monday at 9:03 AM. I answered and said that we would be there. Today, Tuesday - no appointment can be found. They can squeeze me in after another family except we have a dental appointment at that time. These were strategically scheduled. So, I would theoretically have to come back but I'm not confident it wouldn't be a giant waste of my time.
I went last week and I had the worst experience ive been going there for a couple years for vision and dental and never had an issue till now with the vision department they were extremely rude they didnt want to see my daughters because I was late for two of them but I was in time for my third daughter and they didnt want to see her they told me I had to reschedule for all 3 but my niece works in the dental department and she did me the favor to talk to the vision doctor so she could see my daughters and they end up seeing them but they where really rude to me and my daughters they where super unprofessional and one of my daughters kept telling one of techs the one with glasses to please speak to her in spanish and she wasnt listening she kept speaking in english after this bad experience am changing them vision clinics
Was seen on 8/25 and Dr. Elizabeth Beers was very wonderful. The two younger girls at the front that also assisted her were not the nicest. They did not make us feel comfortable. We’ve had ok experiences before, the doctors definitely are the best part and always treat us so well and kindly but the assistants did not. They did their job and that’s what matters most of course, just wish the experience was more comfortable and treated with more kindness.
Thank you for scheduling my son an appointment and seeing my son so promptly. Also would like to thank you for reassuring me and making the appointment quick. Wonderful service.
