Kris and Steph both know their stuff and absolutely go the extra mile for their clients! I was so impressed by their balance of care and professionalism through the entire purchasing process. Because of their obvious dedication to excellence, I had no qualms about trusting any of their professional contacts-- from mortgage brokers to home inspectors-- and they were amazing about keeping me informed of and prepared for each of the necessary steps in buying my first home in Lawndale in 2018. I was so pleasantly surprised at how simple they were able to make the whole process. This feat was clearly a result of how strategic they were in their planning and execution. Organized, responsive, and fun to work with are all descriptors that come to mind! Not to mention, their negotiating skills allowed me to beat out multiple offers on my dream place, AND they saved me nearly $10k while in escrow! Who can't use an extra 10K when they're purchasing their first home?! My experience was so positive that I chose to use them again while selling my townhouse in Lawndale and purchasing a home in Huntington Beach in 2022! Once again, the purchase price was eventually negotiated to a price lower than our offer and our closing was completed in record time. They moved mountains to work within the parameters of our ideal timeline so that my move between the two homes was seamless. Needless to say, I recommend them without reservation and we will be using them again whenever our next home purchase comes around!

Where do I start. Our experience selling our Hawthorne, CA home with Stephanie and Chris Denton was beyond our dreams. I could not speak more highly about our experience with Stephanie and Kris Denton regarding our home purchase. They were extremely helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and caring during the time we spent looking for the right home. But, the real magic happened when they were able to find our dream home in the Manhattan Beach tree section off-market through their network, and they were a major reason the deal finally closed. As this was our first home purchase, and we went into it with a fair amount of anxiety, Stephanie and Kris were both there to provide the necessary hand-holding, experience, care, and recommendations so that we always felt completely taken care of.
