Recommended by a specialist orthodontist who was fixing some shoddy work by an ex NHS Pommie dentist. This practice was where she sends her family. Dentists @ Pymble accept all your usual health insurers but said they won't be dictated to by Bupa so there's less refund from them than some practices. This may be out of date and we moved on from Bupa a long time ago anyway. They do a good job but unless you ask for unneeded work, they will save you money by only watching for minor issues to get to the point of needing attention. This approach works for me and is why I moved from a practice round the corner to one I "happily" travel from Mosman to Pymble for my teeth to be looked after.

Extremely disappointed and let down. I am a very long term patient who has been happy with the practice, until now. I came in for an emergency procedure but unfortunately had ongoing problems. I had to return for a second and third time to get the pain under control. Along the way there were numerous issues which I was very unhappy about. Despite speaking to the practice manager twice and sending a detailed email outlining my issues, neither my regular dentist, the dentist who carried out my emergency procedure nor the practice manager made any effort to follow me up. I was very surprised and let down by this. Mena and Will, however, were very caring as they realised I was quite upset. Mena even called me twice. I think perhaps the Practice Manager, my surgeon and regular dentist would do well to learn from Mena, as it was only she who seemed to care.

Dr Will was amazing. My 4yr old son had a fall and shattered tooth. Dr Will worked so calmly and meticulously and my son did not even cry. He accommodated us due to our emergency , was so kind of him to see us without a prior appointment. Definitely recommend

Tim is an amazing dentist and a very good listener. Most dentist want to do too much work. When you talk to Tim and ask about treatments he suggested suggestions and options in for your teeth care. With out overdoing the budget. What a nice person he is. Besides, being an excellent dentist.

I went in with severe toothache for emergency appointment, met with Dr. Liam and he did root canal treatment straight away. The whole procedure is a complex one but he is gentle and experienced so I was not too nervous during the process. I am really pleased by Dentist Pymble, they put patients need at the first priority. I visited the other dental place before them and I was told the root canal only can be arranged in 3 weeks time. Thanks Dentist Pymble helped to relief my pain, it is a real life saver.
